GOOD SERVICE! I can always count on getting good service at this Alberto’s. The staff is nice and they are helpful when you ask them a question. The restaurant is also pretty clean and PLENTY of seating. I like that you can order from your seat and not even have to go to the register. All you have to do is scan a QR code if you’re not feeling very social lol. Also, they have a touch screen self-serve kiosk for ordering your food if you don’t want to scan the QR code or go to the register. Love it! The food is iffy sometimes. For instance, this current visit I had way too much cilantro in my birria burrito and the beans weren’t fresh. Everything else in my burrito was good, they just need to watch their cilantro portions and fix the kinks in their bean-making process. This location added pepino (cucumber) water as a beverage option and I was so happy! The drink was refreshing! I still have hope in this Alberto’s, the Carne Asada fries are pretty good last time I checked!

The food is so good, I got a beef chimichanga and horchata today. I've made chimichangas at home and they've never been this good! The horchata is the 3rd I've ever tried and it's not my favorite drink, but it was definitely the best I've had, its very sweet and has a lot more cinnamon than others I've tried. Definitely stop by, the staff has been nothing but sweet while I'm doing deliveries and pick ups. I'm glad I got to finally try it out

Great food here! Authentic Mexican food. Today I enjoyed two Birria tacos loaded with beef. The salsa bar is always fresh with good salsas. I am never disappointed with the food here and the service is always friendly.

Please tell me why you would make a DoorDash order with a tostada a taco and taquitos and not put any condiments in the bag no salsa
"I recently visited Alberto's for the first time and found their food to be good overall. However, I was disappointed by their lack of willingness to accommodate my request for bread instead of tortillas with my menudo. Everywhere else I've been, they have been able to substitute without any issues, usually for an extra $1 or $2. However, at Alberto's, they refused to make any substitutions and told me they only had bread for tortas. When I asked if I could purchase bread separately, they also refused. Considering that bread at a bakery costs less than $1, I would have been willing to pay $2 to $3 extra for bread. It's disappointing that they are not willing to satisfy all customers' needs equally. It seems that not all customers are important to them."
