I was in apple bees on 4/20/24 In Hemet California fist off the waitress was rude very rude did not leave her a tip she only checked on us 3 times while there my mom ordered the boneless wings bar baque sauce and she had a margarita when we got home she was not feeling well gave her pepto bismol she laid down when my mom woke up on Sunday morning she said her stomach hurts she has been vomiting and running to the bathroom all morning long she got food poisoning I will never eat here again

Came in at 7:32 p.m. got seated after 5 min witch was fine. But after bering seated everyone walked passed not even looking. After half an hour we just left. No one asked if we needed something to drink. Left at 8:12. As soon as e walked out the door the lady came and took the stuff off the table

I love the strawberry salad...with modifications and the kitchen scores big again. The salad was delish. My one suggestion to the chef would be to leave off the large chunks of onion. When I say large, I mean the size of the head of my fork.Four stars because the service was eh. The waitress was nice enough and definitely got my order correct. She just needs to be more proactive in providing good customer service. I had to ask for a drink refill. I had to ask for the check. Stuff like that.

The food is absolutely delicious. My bestie and I went there to celebrate my birthday.I had a gift card. ? You won't be disappointed if you choose this restaurant.The waitress was awesome with lots of smiles and she is on top of it forgot her name. The onion rings and spinach artichoke dip was mouth watering.

Waitress took to long to bring the receipt at the end, took to take out box for the food, no bags to carry out for 3 containers, my son-in-law had to get up n ask another Waitress to bring the bags to us, n never removed the used dishes from the table..

There were 5 of us that went there and ordered all you can eat of shrimp, riblets,and chicken wings. We waited and waited, and finally someone came over and took our drink orders. That took over 20 minutes, The shrimp and fries were good, ordered the riblets, greasy and fatty. Ordered the chicken wings, not good!!! We got there at 4pm and left about 5:45 after all the waiting. They weren't even busy, so don't know why it took so long for our service. We had problems before this time, so this will be our last time there. Don't know what is happening with Restaurants anymore, seem to be going down the tubes. For the prices people are paying anymore, food and service should be better.
