I was introduced to this place by my aunt and now it is our regular spot. I have never had a cheese steak as full of flavor as this place. They truly know what they are doing. The owners and staff that work there are always so friendly and kind. They take the time to know their customers and make each and everyone feel important and special. If you are a regular They already know what you like and how you like your food. Their fries are perfect and ranch is spot on as well. Prices are not bad either. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good place to have some amazing flavorful food and excellent customer service. Thank you Big Daddy and Mrs. Deborah for lifting me up when I needed it and thank you for opening this restaurant up to share with all who come. Compliments to the chef!!

Great food, service and atmosphere! Chef came out and asked how the food was... I wish the bread was toasted but still IT WAS BOMB 10/10. There was an error with our order so they gave me a gift card for the inconvenience.

I had a terrible day at work went out to look for something I can do to calm down. Found this spot and OMG ARE THE CHEESE STEAKS GOOD!! made me forget all about work. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Terrible customer service!!I recently found this location coming from the East Coast I was ecstatic to find a Cheesesteak place that reminded me of home!! I have come to this restaurant quite often in the last few months and typically had a pretty pleasant experience. However, I did notice that when mentioned that the meat at times is overcooked, the bread is hard and the cheese is not melted the gentleman got offended. Last week I attempted to order my regular cheesesteak however, I mentioned that the day before I purchased the cheesesteak and the meat was overcooked and the cheese was not melted. The man that answered the phone proceeded to hang up on me. I thought we were disconnected unintentionally so I called back and ask did you make a mistake and hang up on me or was this intentional? The man on the other end responded that he had intentionally hung up on me. I can only think his reasoning for hanging up is because he did not like that I was requesting my sandwich be cooked to my liking. His actions were very disappointing as I frequently purchase food from this establishment and have also referred my co-workers.

However on several occasions the meat is overcooked, the cheese is not melted and the bread is hard. Additionally, the sandwiches are bland from time to time . Customer service at this establishment sucks!! The sandwiches are overpriced and The Taste and flavoring is not consistent !

Wow!!!! The food here is insanely delicious. It's a tiny little place in a strip mall in the middle of Hemet but don't let any of that fool you. This is big-time flavor and delicious food on next level status! I don't eat beef, so I got the chicken cheesesteak and it did not disappoint at all! I will definitely be back here because I know I will be craving this. So so so so delicious! I devoured that cheesesteak sitting in my car in front of the building in between court stuff I was handling, and just wow! This is such an exceptional place!!! 20 out of 10 recommend!

Service was great. The roll was delicious. Not impressed with the overall sandwich. Not much filling and in my opinion not an authentic Philly Cheese Steak even tho they say it is. The ambiance was about a 4. I do t tho k I will be going back

Absolute GEM of a place. Great food & service. Asking for the hidden menu item, 'The Labron' is worth every penny and more... and with their home made pickled chili's, it's a perfect combination. This is the place I take friends and family visiting from out of town ...it's THAT good.
