My son took me here 3 weeks ago and it was really good, so I decided to come back. On both visits, there weren't any other customers in line so I could order right away. I had them build a custom pizza both times. They put whatever I want on the pizza, graciously. There is no extra charge for the toppings. They want you to be able to enjoy your creation and are very polite. I made two meals out of my pizza each time. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I ordered the standard pepperoni with onions. I got sauce on crust, 5 blobs of mozzarella, spinach(?), olive, onion, and no pepperoni. (Edit) Ordered again and it was good.

The first time I ever ordered Blaze Pizza was online and when I got there to pick it up my pizza it was made incorrectly but they offered to remake it but of course I had to wait for them to make another pizza and I was already hungry and my mom was waiting at home hungry too! I tried Blaze Pizza again last night because the remake they made was really good actually but when I got the pizza home last night I found out that the whole bottom of the pizza was totally burnt after the first bite and it tasted absolutely disgusting and I or my 74 year old mom couldn't eat it. It was supposed to be a special treat for my mom who enjoyed the remake the first time and was craving the same pizza from that remake. Was that payback for them remaking my pizza last time or is it just bad pizza all together? I don't know but I know that I will never buy another pizza from here ever again! Horrible! Waste of my hard earned money. $24 gone.? I'm so disappointed and I never write bad reviews but this was that bad.

I finally made it to Blaze Pizza today and it was delicious...I had a deep dish crust ($3.00 extra) but it was worth it ...my friend had an ART WORKS off the regular menu and it looked amazing too...can't wait to go back and try some more.

I went yesterday to get a gluten free pizza for my son who is a celiac. I've been here before and dealt with other employees that were great and took my request serious. The employees that were there 2/23/24 around 7pm were not the best. The cashier told the young man preparing the pizzas that for my order he had to get the ingredients from the bottom to avoid cross contamination. The that young man please know I did not appreciate your attitude and being dismissing of my requests. Once I saw he attempted to add the sauce from the counter I reminded him to please get it from somewhere else to avoid cross contamination. He didn't listen. He then proceeded to add the cheese that was right next to a container with croutons. Again, I repeated to please not use that cheese he responded "I'm getting the cheese from the bottom of the tray." Him moving the "top" cheese to get to the bottom is a risk. He nor any other employee listening cared. I'm not a confrontational personal so I let it go paid for the pizza threw it away and cried. It's very disappointing and frustrating how employees get an attitude to assist with an allergy/ celiac request. This is not a choice, employees need to have better awareness of how serious this is.Dietary restrictions: They do NOT take allergies/celiac seriously.

Great place but the food is sub par. Not worth the price. Kid liked the cheezy bread. The pizza was burnt on edges and doughy in middle. The staff were great and super helpful. The ranch dressing was pretty good.
