Took my son here for his second birthday Daisy your guises manager was very rude disrespectful honestly the worst service I've ever had in my life. Food was cold and disgusting and was not worth the money I paid! I let that go- but then I had it after I came up to asked the manager Named Daisy if she can let me buy a cotton candy for my son because it was his birthday and she completely ignored me, how do you guys have such management in this establishment especially when you guys have people like us that keep your doors open spending hundreds of dollars. You guys need to think about hiring staff that will treat your guest with respect and help them when needed. Corporate office needs to look into this situation. Daisy has no customer service very disrespectful rude with no integrity no customer service whatsoever! I would be taking this up with the district manager and corporate office. You have lost my business and everybody I know will know exactly what this establishment is about. Save your money and go somewhere where they care about kids and our kids special day!
This Chuck E. Cheese is pretty small, but a vast majority of the arcade games were operational ???. I recommend going around opening with your family on the weekends to have more games available to play. The staff were pretty friendly and informative during our visit, plus everything was pretty clean and sanitized. It's pretty pricey, but I will definitely bring back our family in the future ?

The lady with the washed up, blue, dry and brittle hair needs to fix her angry face and attitude. Shes literally the ONLY one we ALWAYS have issues with when we go. Very unprofessional and rude every single time. If she hates her job so much she should leave because it definitely shows with the way she treats people.

Very Unprofessional and slow service. Waited an hour for a pizza that never came. They had given my pizza away to a party that was going on. Even after we asked what was going on with our food, they just kept saying is coming up and never did. But they were quick in charging us $8 for 2 drinks. I just asked for my money back and walked out. They were very well staffed so there was no excuse. Never coming here again.
