They forget to put garlic butter on the pizza crust often I now do carry out to ask in person for crust to be coated. Today my pizza had huge bubbles in the crust, should have been done again not given to me.

They have issues with online “well baked” asks. Never seem to take the time to actually well bake them for me, otherwise they are my favorite team! I like everything they have and ordering online is easy. The points help ! WOW reading these reviews are brutal. Guess they are nice to the old sick lady here so far ? ?

Horrible experience! The service at this pizza restaurant was abysmal. Not only were the staff rude and dismissive, but the food itself was subpar. We were treated poorly and ultimately asked to leave. Definitely won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone...Avoid Avoid Avoid!!

I saw the add on tv. It did not say anything about online only. I went to the location. They did not honor their advertisement.

I only do online orders and this was my preferred location. For the last couple of years, the orders were rarely made to perfection. Many times I just said it's all good for the prize that I'm paying as long as they aren't stingy with toppings or don't have the food ready as according to the timeframe stated on my order confirmation. They used to be very quick with their time and always had my orders ready way before the timer was up (according to their tracker). However, lately, they haven't been "on time" and their tracker hasn't been working properly or stayed frozen which made me concern if my order went through. Then they started being stingy with the toppings and sometimes some of my pizzas had air pockets that made them looked like balloons that made them look deformed. A few times I couldn't eat the pizzas due to too much sauce and rarely any toppings with the crust thick as hell even though it was just a regular hand toss. My mistake was ordering too many boxes. I don't want to give a review because I might not give them a good rating.However, today was unacceptable, the online ordering, the tracker, and the person who made the pizza went over the agreed timeframe. Sorry, after all this time, I'm going to try other places.Update 01/21/2024: I ate my words and decided to give another chance to this location and ordering it on a Sunday which turned out to be a big mistake. The timing was quick which I like, but I had a little concern that my pizzas will be messed up. My order: 4 medium pizzas with pepperoni and Italian sausage with garlic crust. There was no garlic on the crust and this time, less toppings than the other times. According to the tracker, my pizzas were prepared by Daniel. Sometimes I like how he did it, sometimes, like this. Anthony, the person who prepared my pizzas the last time did pretty well even though the timing was off and the app wasn't working properly.Unfortunately, this will be the last time I'm ordering pizzas from this location just because the number of times the pizzas were done correctly vs incorrectly were just too low... and to make sure that I don't eat my words again, I'll just order them from Pizza Hut or Little Caesars.Good-bye Dominos

Order my pizza from this location 2 hours ago and my tracker on the app says it was completed but haven't received any pizza. Tired calling the store couple of times with no avail they keep sending me over to a line that just have you on hold. Now my kids are here hungry because I now have to find someplace else for them to get food from. This is not the first time I have problem with this location but I gave them a pass because it was minor stuff like forgetting something in my order or telling me my order went wrong and they can't deliver to popping up at my door almost 2 hours later. I didn't want to leave a bad review but this is pass crazy. Am deleting my app and never ordering from dominos again

Ordered pizza from this place almost 2 hours ago for delivery. Super understaffed and did not make contact, answer phone calls, update tracker. On hold for 55 minutes and on another line for 25 minutes---no response. Sends order traffic to a foreign country's call center. Went in to pick up order. They did not make any offer to make things right. Told me they were busy and only had 1 person working all morning. Had to demand refund of delivery charge and tip--was not offered it. They apologized but since the person there doesn't hire/fire or set schedules, not that person's fault. Still, huge disappointment for a school event, and no attempt to contact or accept contact.

It took them 2 and a half hours to deliver our pizzas. I tried calling to check the status and was on hold for 30 minutes. We won’t be going back. It’s always been horrible pizza but the kids love it and it’s convenient. Never again.

They've just become terrible. The management has no customer service skill. They're rude they have no sense of urgency and no sense of responsibility for their actions (or lack there of).. I used to love this domino's for its custtomer service but now I'm soured to the whole company I do not think I will return.

This place is essentially committing fraud. Taking orders, not delivering them, and not taking any phone calls. I have to do a charge back on my credit card. Never had this happen anywhere else.

I never received my pizza yet I tipped and payed for and I keep getting transferred to a manager who doesn't answer 4th time calling my kids went to bed hungry not cool 2:02 hours and two minutes late according to policy to hey have two hours too deliver don't waste your time just go through your bank and get a refund
