Service was horrible. Girl taking order was rude, telling us they did have everything we tried to order. They had very little veggies to choose from. No one was friendly at all. Place was empty, should ha e been a sign. But me and my husband wanted to be optimistic I guess. Never again. This place was great when it first opened and for a time after that. We will not be dinning here ever again. If the ser ice had been better I would have maybe tried again. But they acted like we were bothering them with our business.

When I first started going to this place it was one of my favorites, but these last two times I went there I had to walk out. first time I walked out, they were charging full price but were almost out of all their vegetable, second time I was paying for a two meat (mind you they are a little up there in price) and they literally were gonna give me 6 pieces of the skinniest shavings of meat. I couldn't believe it. I don't know if they're going under or what, but that's just horrible because they started out good like I said. definitely wouldn't recommend spending $20+ dollars for a meal and they're jipping you. I drove all the way to Temecula mall and the Mongolian bbq in the mall is sooooo good and they give you plenty.

I've come here a couple of times thinking it will get better but it's just gets worse the ramen has no flavor they give you more broth than noodles the place looks dirty and their cashiers get worse the only thing I can say is alright is their Mongolian noodles h by it even that they suck I'd rather drive across town to the new spot by target

The ramen was great it would have been excellent. However, the broth needed a bit more flavor. The Mongolian noodles were amazing and full of flavor. The only thing was that they offered 4 ramens and only had 2 available today.

I give the food 4 stars because the menu is lacking items. Shortage maybe or items not selling idk. But if you are in the Hemet area PLEASE ?? show some love to IDEKÜ it hit the spots during these cold times. Miso Pork Ramen and Teriyaki Mongolian Style delicious!!!!!!!

The only problem I have with this business is the hours of operation. I've shown up several times during operating hours and they've told me "we're closed" or " we aren't taking anymore orders" I just went there and they are closed FOR LUNCH!! i can't get food on my lunch because they are closed for lunch. I don't have a problem with that IF IT WAS POSTED!!

The Mongolian bbq is really great here. It's definitely a take out order place. The restaurant is not that comfortable to sit and enjoy your meal. I do think they should give bigger bowls to fill up with veggies for the grill and the garlic should be minced more. The pricing of the food is reasonable. Make sure to watch while they grill your food, I've watched one employee push most of my meat off the grill maybe by accident but it still was a loss. And then another employee not do that. Either way keep an eye out since you're paying for a quality meal.

This establishment exceeded my expectations. I had heard a lot of hype about this spot, so I typically go in with really high expectations and tend to leave disappointed. Ideku to my surprise was even better than I had anticipated. They have about the same options as any other Mongolian bbq, but the richness in their food is like no other. I highly recommend coming to Ideku and trying out their bbq. I can’t say much about the other food options they have, since I haven’t tried them, but from what I can tell it all looks delicious.Parking: The parking provided for this spot is not the best.. but you can find parking on the street fairly easy.

I took my son and his wife out to lunch yesterday the best part is she is carrying my first grandson I'm really excited about it because I have 7 beautiful granddaughters anyway service was awesome people there was very nice I highly recommend eating here you will not regret
