Everything was very cold, and not cooked correctly, both pizzas were sloppy, and very cold. The chicken sandwich was also very cold. The grilled cheese wasn’t even grilled??? The sandwich we ordered didn’t even have the key ingredient.. only thing that was luke warm was the Mack and cheese. What is going on? I ordered on the app. Paid over 100’dollars for cold food! For what? And paid extra to order online?? 12+ dollars in online fees? What even is that??? Stop being sloppy and money hungry. We live like 5 minutes from this establishment. And will be requesting a refund on my food. Very unhappy about this FIRST TIME GUEST HAVING PANERA BREAD. Not a good look. 3/16/24

The customer service is usually always good. The food however I feel is over priced for the amount they give you. I have been disappointed a few times. Ordered a Flatbread pizza to share once with my kids and it hardly had but two pieces of chicken on it. This half sandwich is normally 8 to 9 dollars. I got the 20 percent off today but still I don't understand why it's all bread and no meat. If I could add a picture I would. There's like a quarter of flat chicken on it.

Have the bacon avocado sandwich it could have used a little more bacon also there was no coffee it took so long to get the coffee plus they had my order for to go when it was supposed to be for here the onion soup was very good though!
