Where do I start? Several weeks ago we were made to wait when someone walked into this store and took our pizza without any verification. Then as the result of another error, we were assured of a free pizza and this guarantee would be input into their system. It wasn't and we were made to feel it was our fault for not following guidelines we were never informed of. Simply put, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE. They make too many mistakes at the full expense of their customers.

So I called for pizza a few days ago and got the Shaqaroni. I did the same thing tonight. Both times there was a woman that couldn’t speak or understand English very well and she was in China. That’s fine and all but both times they ran my card and it didn’t go through the first time. Had to be ran twice. Not sure if I got charged twice but makes me wonder. I’ll check. What happened to the workers that work at the pizza place and know the town you live in and creating jobs for our people. They are probably paying cheap labor. Very sad. The owner of papa John’s should be embarrassed. I’ll never order their pizza again and will tell everyone I know this story.

Way better than Stadium Pizza especially the one on stadium and state. Never a burnt pizza! Yum :) service is great and has less people over served with alcohol.

**Be warned they don’t accept bills larger than $20** Ordered pizza and wanted to pay cash. No where on their website does it say I can’t pay with a $50 bill, a $50 bill is cash and I didn’t need change. I don’t know why they can’t teach their employees how to check money but they wouldn’t take my $50 because “they’ve been burned before.” So the guy is standing there with my pizza and I’m digging all through the house to find smaller bills. Really unacceptable and won’t order from here again.

Door dash driver took out pizza and then I was promised 2 free pizza from the shift lead Robert and when I called to get them I was told I can't get them terrible communication between managers and customer
I know people 5 people who have worked here and heard the same from all. First they never followed COVID face covering protocol, people who work here go the the rest room and don’t wash their hands, numerous employees will not eat the food unless cooked by the self’s because they don’t trust the hygiene of others oh and when employees complain about hygiene issues they are ignored and they hygiene problem is never fixed, drugs being done by management using cocaine and marijuana done during work hours and just because it is used in an electric device we still know what it is and smells like oh and sexual harassment is not taken seriously and employees get fired for reporting. Just go somewhere else the current manager would not give me upper management number and he smokes weed during his shift as well as touch other employees against their will. Will never eat at this establishment that also feeds its customers expired/old food.

Definitely would not recommend. I ordered from this place and my delivery never came. Manager called me to confirm the address I did so and the order still never came. So I called and the delivery driver answered was completely rude hung up in my face. Definitely need to clean house at that place. If I could give it no stars I would. Stay away.
