"The customer service at Subway today left much to be desired. The employee, an older lady, exhibited consistent rudeness from the moment I entered until I decided to leave without making a purchase. Throughout my visit, she did not smile, make eye contact, or display any form of politeness. Instead, she repeatedly expressed her dissatisfaction with her job. Even upon my departure, her only comment was a passing blame onto her boss. Overall, I would not recommend visiting this Subway location."

This place opens at 10 , I come in and the lady is more worried about fixing her door and bathroom then to take a paying customer .. called her twice and she as he's like she didn't hear me and continued her stuff .. if you're gonna be open you have to take customers first and not make them wait 25 minutes to get helped , if not keeps doors locked until ur ready to open! Horrible experience this morning

I went in Saturday 4/29 around 2. The person helping me was as friendly as Hilter was to the Jews. Never smiled once barley kept eye contact when I ask to please put the order for my son in a separate bag she put it all in one. Ordered today 8/27/22 on the ap, when I got my sandwiches home i see the receipt has what I ordered correctly but the sandwiches were not.. both breads were overcooked and hard to bite down and tear away it was so tough.. my sandwich had the wrong bread I ordered.. the sandwiches could not have been any skinnier... the only thing extra on both sandwiches I asked for was lettuce.. and they hardly put any on either sandwich.. This store has disappointed before but I was giving them another chance... I'd give zero stars if possible!! Don't go here... they don't know what they are doing and they do not care about making their customers happy..
