We have 3 Subways all with a 1 mile radius from our house and this one seems to be the most efficient with well trained and courteous staff that always gets mobile orders correct. I've been to other Subways in the area that have botched up orders and even made sandwiches up side down! We always place our order for pickup at this location on Florida & Kirby.

The girl that "helped" me was very rude. I told her to put avocado in my sanwiches and she cut 1/4 of the avocado. Thats okay. Its what all do, she cut it in 3 parts. Thats okay too. Whats NOT okay is leaving behind 2 of those 3 parts im being charged for OUTSIDE and packing the sandwich WITHOUT them. She argued with me with almost everything I asked her to do. I wanted extra mayo. Aparently that is a crime. Its the first time I see that girl here at this location. Worst experience of my life. Please don't hire rude people who simply don't want to help. And what was the lovely manager doing while all of this happened? She was chatting away with her friends! The two girls were horrible.
All the tables were empty no people inside restaurant and all the tables were filthy., I had to get paper towels and clean the table by myself.

I ordered two sandwiches today, my fiances was perfect, he got the monster and it was good. I got the all American club, specifically ordered with tomato, lettuce, jalapeños, and onions. Well, I got a handful of pickles and nothing else that I ordered on it. Like I'm pregnant and of course I love pickles but my goodness it was like an ungodly amount and my sandwich just tasted salty and I really wish it had what I had ordered on it. We were in a hurry as we were leaving town so we couldn't even go back to have it remade but I just can't understand how you leave off 4 ingredients and add a whole random one.

Some of these subways smell really good like baked bread. This store smelled like wet dog unfortunately. So I ended up going to dominoes pizza.
