Be prepared to wait double of the time they give you when ordering online, when I order they say 16-20min they took 40 min to have my order ready will never order from this place

Wingstop is usually good but the food I got last night....... Absolutely lethal! The amount of salt on the corn was unbelievable. I got the 5 pc and was only able to eat one because the rest were smothered in the Cajun seasoning. They also forgot the utensils and carrots :(

Okay. I have been meaning to leave a review for some time. We LOVE the lemon pepper flavor but we noticed the last few times we ordered them, we weren't tasting the lemon pepper. The first few times it happened I thought maybe they missed a step and ignored it. So when it happened again I thought ok, what's going on? Then when we ordered it for the Super Bowl, again I did not get the lemon pepper taste, now I have got to say something. Now we drop 90 bucks to 100 easy for our family when we order, so I hope that Wing Stop can make sure these guys are following all the steps to get that lemon pepper taste! Sometimes it gets too busy but isn't that that point?

I mobile order, said it would be ready in 17 minutes! 38 minutes later!! One person at the register one person employee got there was chopping up with supervisor, 10 minutes later decide to ask people for pick up order names when I gave them mine they had realized it paper had ran out. Supervisor could have jumped in to help some of the pressure of the customers the flow going!!!!! First and last time and last time I will buy there

Don't go here. Terrible customer service, the guy in the front with the gap tooth told me to go F myself and started barking at me. I also found a literal piece of non human feces trust me I know what non human feces looks like

The food here always disappoints. When ordering through their mobile app it's always a 50/50 for me to get this location or a neighboring one as I live between both. I always hope that they can redeem themselves and get it right but that's never the case. It's failed order after failed order. The temperature of the wings were fine but these were not up to my standard and if this is wing stops in hemet new standard this is pretty scary. The time before this that I ordered through their app. It was never delivered to me. I received notification that the driver picked it up at 11pm. At 12:05 the driver sent me a text saying sorry they are closed. I'm 99.9% the driver ate my order. DoorDash did not do anything since I ordered through the mobile app of wingstop. And wingstop did not do anything I never received a response or a refund from them. This location is simply just terrible is every way. In need of new management.

Got wing stop and it tasted bitter and soggy seems they haven't change the frying oil in a long time. I fed this to my kids Im disgusted by wing stop now.
ordered from doordash and they gave me a hi c instead of orange fanta. not just that but they spent an hour on my order just for the food to be cold. they also forgot my cajun corn. 1.5/5⭐️

First let me start by saying Corporate should be very disappointed in this location rude employees to start off and don't bother making a phone order they don't make the food till you arrive and for still won't be the way u what it I was for a 15 piece well done lemon pepper and mild EXTRA SAUCE THERE was no sauce my chicken looked sick will never gonna to location again very disappointed

I was standing in line for 10 minutes. hespanic girl at the counter just talking and a Hispanic family walk in and she helps them out as I'm still standing in line while I ordered ahead and my order was already ready. need better help.

Food was great, service on the other hand was poor. Longest wait I ever had to wait for only 6 wings. No one was inside facility eating and no tickets coming in just plain old 30min wait for some wings on a slow day. Disappointed!!!
