“My wife and I went to Pizza Twist, Hercules with a friend who is gluten intolerant. We were delighted to have ordered two Gluten Free Pizzas (Cauliflower crust). One was Veggie Tandoori Paneer Pizza Twist and the other one was Chicken Tikka Masala. These were the most delicious pizzas we had in a long time. The new owners were very friendly. Superb service - Pizzas was made quickly.Will come back again.“

“What used to be a Mexican restaurant called “Judy’s Place’ in town to the locals couple years back now is called ‘Crockett Cocina’. This place and food is outstanding. I was browsing yelp and saw this on my radar. I had to check it out in person to see based on their ratings. I arrived here with my dad for an early dinner date. Street parking is available. Though the space is small, the place is clean. They provide indoor and outdoor seating. This is a family owned restaurant from the looks and how they act around their customers. I give my props to the chefs, they sure know how to cook it up haha! The pasta was filling and the bread that came with it was soft & crispy. The HouseMade Cioppino with the bread to dip in was to die for lol. And the churros was quite a lot but homemade makes it special! Churros we’re soft and crunchy, came with chocolate & caramel syrup, strawberry, and vanilla ice cream. Overall, the food was great, I’m sure I’ll be back for another visit!“

“This is a great place to get Korean food and the only place I will eat chicken katsu. Their breading is light and airy and delicious. The owner is really nice too. I've yet to try their fried chicken but intend to do so during my next visit.“

“My new favorite pizza place in Vallejo. The pizza I ordered was made with care and attention to details. The toppings were evenly distributed, the crust was perfect - not too thick, the cheese and the sauce were applied evenly covering the whole pizza. Great price, generous amount of toppings. “Came here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. It was very quiet - maybe only two other families inside. We were seated immediately and placed our order within the first five minutes of arrival. Potato and cheese corn dog: 5/5 - it was extra cheesy and slightly sweet. Garlic wings: 2.5:5 - standard fried chicken with cold garlic paste on it. It also had sweet notes. Personally, it was not for me. Classic fried chicken (mild): 4/5 - the flavor on these were our favorite. Not spicy at all, but good chili flavor. Honey butter fries 2/5 - not for me. They wanted to be sweet, but tasted artificial (like no real honey, but a sugar honey substitute). Overall, I would give Von's a 3.5/5. I want to return and try items other than the fried chicken - everyone else inside the restaurant had something that wasn't the fried chicken and it looked and smelled phenomenal.“

“The wait is worth it. That crab & shrimp baguette is on point. It was cheesy, the sauce had a kick and every bite I had a shrimp, deeeelicious ? The wings with that Tony sauce is fire. The customer service was awesome, as busy as they were he was still able to take orders, hold conversations, greeted new customers, he was incredible. I be back soon.“

“The service is great, they are fast and friendly and I think family owned business, they work hard and you are full when you walk out the door with leftovers lol. the food has a lot of flavor and the seating is nice not too close to each other if they are not in your party. “This is a great halal pizza place, perhaps the best in the East Bay. The menu does not make clear it is halal or Muslim-owned, but I called and spoke to the owner and can confirm. We ordered a pizza for Iftar during Ramadan and had to place the order a few hours out, but this is obviously the exception. Their halal pepperoni pizza is delicious and a thing of beauty.“

“I bought 12-piece mixed chicken and they were very juicy and flavorful even till the next day after they were microwaved. Each piece was much bigger than what I would get from KFC or Popeye. The owner was very friendly. The store atmosphere was what you typically would experience at any fast food restaurant but the food was unexpectedly delicious.“

“Mountain Mike's on San Pablo Dam Rd is the best Mountain Mike's in the area! Calling in an order for pickup is a breeze, staff was very courteous, and accommodating. There's another branch nearby along Fitzgerald Ave, but that one is sub-quality, and literally over-priced! Compare prices! I like it that we have this pizza place in our neighborhood!“

Women came on and didn't know what I was asking and I told her I'll call back when owner or whoever is in. 10mins later the manager or whoever called me back. Saw my name on caller ID and he was very sweet and answered all my questions. Came in with my husband... I got a small Mt. Veggiemore Pizza( change the sauce to the creamy one and thin crust. Got 24 basic chicken wings. Sò yummy and fresh. The wings are not salty. My husband got a meat pizza and some wings with BBQ sauce. I wasn't paying much attention cause I was eatting mine. He loved his too.Friendly and professional service. If you are staying inside they had the game on. I would totally recommend the food and this location!!!!! Thank you staff!“

“Surprisingly good pizza. The place is more of a takeout spot in an older strip mall but don’t let that deter you.It has picnic tables that u can sit at to eat in. “This place has been around for decades. We ordered Mongolian beef, green bean chicken - asked for extra spicy! It was perfect, specially the Mongolian beef - still hands down the best full of flavor. We also ordered egg flower soup which was good, has some crunch w/water chestnut - unexpected but nice addition (we added soy sauce & their red sauce to it, yum!). Will try other old favorites here next time. Food was ready in 10-15mins. Always kind, courteous staff.“

I really enjoyed working with such nice people and the Boss Mateo has a heart of Gold and the food was so good and there were so many really good choices on the menu. If you have not been there, go there. A cannot say enough good things about Coconut Grove. On a five star rating I give it a 10.“

“Not a good area for the price they charge. The staff are Great and look out for me. When I'm not well, they bring it to my vehicle. Can't get better service than that!
