I been to the location in San Pablo many times. Good food and service. Decided to try the Hercules location today. Worst experience ever!!! I ordered the pollo ranchero and they served me a fried muslo chicken piece and covered it with onions, bell peppers and jalapeños. When I told the waiter this is not what I usually get served when I order this at the other location. He seem to have a problem with that. I asked for him to take it back and he hesitated at first. I asked for a chicken breast plate like it usually comes with that type of order. He took my plate went to the kitchen and about 2 minutes later I turned around and saw the kitchen staff standing behind me. I felt like they tried to intimidate me. So I told him cancel that order and bring me the bill for the so so drinks they served me. All while the kitchen staff started to laugh right in front of me. He came back I asked what I owe he told me nothing just leave in Spanish. I left a few dollars tip still and left. And still the whole staff was staring at me like if they wanted to do something to me. Mind you if I wasn't with my mother it would have been a problem that they didn't want. So saying all that to say NEVER will that place get a dollar from me, my family or friends. We been a loyal customer for YEARS at the San Pablo establishment. For my mother and I to get service like that. Is very disrespectful!!!

Food is standard for Salvadorean food, but the service and the place are really bad, they need more people, begging with a host and retraining in customer service the personnel that is there.Food takes forever, and I order to go.I saw a few customers left getting tired of just waiting to be seated.Music to loud and not according to the type of food.

Wasn't able to try food at all , was trying to order for Take out , they made me wait 20 min and didn't even take my order. Yet, they sat down 8-10 people that came in after me. They kept saying one moment. But I just left after 20 minutes. I went back to tell them , "that wasn't cool you guys made me wait like that and I had ordered food somewhere else". The guy at the bar laughed and rolled his eyes . I recommend not coming here based on customer service alone. Sadly I wasn't able to try their food , they made that an obstacle.

Returned a second time and it was well worth it. The food is spot on. I really enjoyed the beef soup that was delightful! And our server was outstanding. Our food came out in a very good time. She returned several times to make sure everything was going well. Kudos to the food and service!

When I come down, I go to work and I want to stop by to eat, I asked them for an order. At this moment, it was going to take me 20 minutes to get to the restaurant and sit down to eat and they tell me that they can't take my order because I'm not there, they should update themselves and they should let me provide better customer service because what The most important thing is the client and what is the area, the client's needs, my need is to eat quickly, arrive and sit down and leave quickly since I do not have time to get home and eat more calmly and cook otherwise I would do it this way.
