Horrible. Either their drive thru is closed or their credit card machine doesn't work. This happens weekly! They get my drink right 50% of the time. On top of that, I order the same thing every time and the price changes every time! The store owner needs to act on this!

Love that I can get my chai using drive-thru on my way to work, early enough to avoid traffic. Most days, I telecommute and can count on this spot for an early start and if I don’t want to have the distractions of being at home.

March 9th Morning crew needs to get it together! It is always a shxt show with this exact crew. When it gets busy it's like everyone loses it and doesn't know what to do. Can't follow directions, can't make drinks correctly, and making things all out of order. I ordered two drinks, there should be no reason why one of my drinks was done in 5 minutes and the other in 20 minutes. Everyone from today's morning crew needs to be retrained.

Standard Peet's location. Nothing remarkable on my quick in-n-out visit. Coffee was good, if a little too hot to drink immediately. Napkins etc. were well in stock. Good, not remarkable location.

Pulled off the highway to go to the closest coffee shop for a caffein fix and was not disappointed. I got an oat vanilla latte and it was SO GOOD. I’m going to be a repeat customer for sure. Best latte I’ve ever had. Thanks!! ???

The interior design of this Peet's is beautiful and welcoming. I loved sitting down and working on some emails. It does get pretty busy though. Sunny mornings are beautiful here.Regarding the Drive Thru: I have not had a positive experience at this Peet's drive thru. The wait seems to be incredibly long regardless of whether the line is long or short.

I've had great service and professionalism, excellent drinks. Lately, the last couple months, the drink I got a friend was half full for "room" when he didn't ask for room. Drive thru: my kid wasn't on, the medium hot drink spilled all over my arm and chest, lap. I pulled over to clean up, a complaint wouldn't have solved anything, no one takes accountability for their actions. Another day, my medium hot Havana that I always order, was half full and half foam. I pulled out of the drive thru and went inside to be told by a male working the counter- it was "actually made really well, I actually like the foam". Uhh, no, I've never had a half cup foam, the cup was noticeably lightweight and I'm not paying for foam. I used a stirrer to show the emptiness. The female barista remade it and it was perfect, thank you! Please don't try to talk someone into liking or believing something when it's not what they want. I was easy going, I said thank you etc, no attitude, you don't deserve the stress, but neither do your customers. Btw, I stopped going inside because the tables and store were not cleaned on several occasions. This HAS improved.

Peets has managed to dodge the GenZ death spiral of silent brainless kids, this peets is on the edeg. Could go either way. Coffee generaly good.

Saturday 11am and I decided to treat myself a coffee. Peet's is delicious, but definitely not worth wasting this much time to be disappointed. I spent 35 minutes in the drive through to be told that they sold me something they ran out of. Never again. Also whoever designed that drive through just made things fit. It's a trap! I'll just get myself a bag and enjoy at home. Nice try.

Probably would prefer this Peet's 99.9975% when I'm at the area... not saying others are completely trash or anything but going this this particular Peet's feels really different, anywhere from the atmosphere to the staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable before you even place an order for your drink. And obviously their latte is always on point.

Was disappointed at the level of litter and dirty tables. There were enough employees on Sunday 26th November around noon to deal with this. The place was quiet. I told them that one of the Restrooms had no toilet paper or paper seat covers. They told me to use the other bathroom, not quite the response I expected. Staff training needed here I think. But, we will continue to come, as it's a good stopping place for us on our drive home.
