Good breakfast burrito, not the best. Maybe it was all the hype on the IG. Inconvenient to order ahead to get a burrito that tastes not super great. Good mixture of chorizo and all. No parking at all is another problem.

Amazing breakfast burritos. The combination of hash browns, eggs, onions and chorizo or sausage is perfect. The flavor couldn’t be better. The salsas that come with the burrito are spicy so go light or have your burrito + sauces with a glass of milk.

The food was creatively prepared, and served with a casual yet high style of service. My favorites this trip were the maple apple salad and smoked and fried chicken, but everything was delicious.

Food and service were exceptional as always. Would highly HIGHLY recommend this neighborhood spot. Chicken, apple maple wood salad, gnocchi, focaccia, everything is always so delicious! Can't recommend enough!

We were seated at end where people stood or sat waiting for their table. A man with his back to me kept passing gas. Awful. Can they wait somewhere else? Food great, except one bit of beet and carrots was extra salty.

We will be back! This small inconspicuous spot did not disappoint. Despite its tiny and humble appearance, it is an absolute treasure in the South Bay. We ordered multiple items but the focaccia and scallops were 2 of my favorites.

We've always loved Baran's and recently had another wonderful experience. The food was outstanding and the staff equally as awesome. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Breakfast burritos really is great. Not the ordinary greasy chorizo. So well balanced every bite.

Baran's 2239 is my favorite restaurant because it's authentic food, thoughtfully sourced and a lovely family-run place. I'm never disappointed. The KingFish Sashimi dish is the best; the chicken always excellent. My favorite salad (only on the menu occasionally in-season) is the canteloupe with sliced cucumbers and dill in this incredible dressing...yum. Also love the brussel sprout salad; the sea bass and when they offer a seasonal pasta that melts in your mouth. The wine is always excellent -- I look forward to trying something new each time.

This place is known in the area for their breakfast burritos. Every weekend I attempt to try it I’m told they’re sold out. If your menu items are popular then keep them in stock. What sort of small-business model does this place have? Giving Service 0 stars.

We LOVE Barans! Can't say enough about the food, service, overall feel of this place! We're treated so well every time and love bringing people there, especially first timers and it turns out to be their fav spot!

Absolutely wonderful. I don't know how to say it better. Superb service with more than expected. We tried many food choices and all were excellent. Attention to never let food cool was very evident. Wonderful experience.

I love how Baran's constantly updates their menu, and nearly every new dish is really good. It is the most unique menu among South Bay restaurants. We had the eggplant fritto misto and black truffle gnocchi which are both excellent recent additions to the menu. Wine list is interesting and service was excellent per usual. Just a great restaurant.
