I ordered the PS burger and fries. PS Burger- The burger is a smashed burger with double patty, sauce, pickles and cheese. I absolutely LOVED the burger! The buns were my favorite part of the burger because it is a potato bun which makes it chewy and delightful. In n out is still my #1 burger joint but if in n out were to use the buns from Proudly Serving then it'd be wayyy better. Fries- THE FRIES WERE TO DIE FOR. Proudly Serving is a busy area of Hermosa Beach so plan ahead for parking. The menu is simple and the burgers and fries were tasty! It can get pretty crowded so be prepared to scope for a table for a few minutes.

really solid burgers & tots it wasn't quite as smashed as i would prefer, (or as smashed as it was the first time i went) resulting in a bit of a thicker undercook but still tasty. close to the beach. street parking can be a bit tough but you'll figure it out
