Online hours say they open at 10:00 a.m. I was told they open at 11:00 by the employee went back and there was still nothing ready definitely understaffed but then again it is inside the Walmart ??♀️

Yesterday morning almost noon I walked in to auntie Ann's I ordered a bucket of mini dogs &the older disrespectful worker told me she didn't have any and walked away on her phone speaking Spanish. This isn't the first time I come & I get it horrible customer service by the same worker I'm surprise she's still working there.Last time I didn't only get bad customer service but her pretzel's were so hard &nasty. I'm very disappointed I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE ,,

I showed up at 11 and the store was still closed. The worker told us that it opened anywhere from 11:30-12 but on the sign and online it said it opened at 10.

Went in looking forward to a treat, and then the girl cleaning the area said that they actually close at like 5, and might even run out of dough way before they close! Now I come on here to see that someone else wrote a review saying their hours are not correct over 6 months ago. Disappointing.

Most times I go to this location they don't even have any product ready. It has happened several times. The last time I went there the pretzels tasted stale. Today they open at 10am but when I get there at 12:05 there is nothing for sale. The employee told me that the dough is still rising. Very bad business practices.

Hours of operation are listed as 10am-9pm, yet, when I called at 7:35pm, (12/3/22) I was told they are closed. Hours need to be updated and corrected. Stop with the false information.

Unfortunately, not the best experience with Auntie Anne's. It's next to Subway within the Walmart Supercenter. They didn't have many pretzel selections at the time we were here. Dough was still rising... that's what we were told LOL. All they had was bite size pretzels in cinnamon sugar. So that's what we bought even though we wanted the sweet almond pretzel. Also they can't take any coupons because their system is mingled with Subway... that's what we were told LOL. So be it! Staff was nice. Dining tables could be cleaner. Pretzel availability definitely could be a whole lot better. Prices are okay. Will we be back? Only if my daughters are desperate for a pretzel LOL. I'm okay without a pretzel so I can wait for another Auntie Anne's. Happy Pretzeling!
I went earlier 11 am this morning and I asked the young lady to make me Almond pretzels with a sprinkle of sal Didn't even have to wait long she did it in a heartbeat excellent service love them pretzels.... very kind Young lady always Smiling ....So kind to say happy Father's Day to my husband and then on the other side subway excellent customer service as well ...... happy Father's Day to everyone ..

Was very disappointed really wanted a plain pretzel if you ask this place to make you a plain pretzel an hour before they close they will tell you they cannot make it because they are almost closing they also told me that they have no more dough for the night
