He arrived on time, served on time and everyone left having ate plenty! The food was fresh and delicious, and the line moved fast!

Amazing tacos! They came to the mountain bike race at Rim Nordic in Running Springs. I had 2 chicken and 2 al pastor. Dripping with flavor, juicy tender meat, fresh onion and cilantro, doubled corn tortillas so they don't fall apart. Green salsa, mild spicy, yum. Didn't take a pic, I was too busy shoveling them into my piehole.

We had a taco bar for our prom and paid for it in advanced. Before prom, we had to cut our attendees in half because there was not as much interest in the prom this year. He wouldn't give any refund, which we understood. However, they were supposed to serve from 6 - 8 pm, with an unlimited amount of tacos per person. They stopped cooking at 7:30, when we asked if we should make a last call, I was told they only had a little bit of chicken left. We paid for double the amount of students we had there, we should have had a lot more food cooked and ready for students to eat up until 8. Very disappointing for the amount we spent on the food. The only reason they got more than a 1 is because their meat was really good. Their beans and rice were mediocre but the meat was one of the best.
