Pollo loco is no longer what it used to be, now they give you the chicken as if they were wings, all the parts look like pigeons, that is, micro small, the parts I will never return to that place again and that is everywhere. Crazy chicken is no longer useful, don't go there, it's the worst thing you can buy and eat.

Order chips and guacamole but the guacamole taste old and sour also order 2 doible chicken bowels but barely chicken, rice and beans compared to other locations this is ridiculous. If you want pollo loco I recommend doing the drive to the other one instead.
No, the chicken is good, but the sauce doesn't work and those who take the order do as they please or so the supervisor orders them. I bought two orders of 16 pieces. I ordered 7 dishes with green sauce and the bag only came with two sauces. empty greens and 4 tomato. What a bad mother ????? they did it to me again, I asked for legs and thighs and they gave legs and wings, ?
My wife and I went to this location to get 2 burritos and 1 quesadilla. After we put in our order, 2 women came in and ordered. I noticed that the long line at the drive through that was there when we walked in was quickly empty. So the drive through has priority over walk in. The 1 of the 2 women got her meals (about 3 of them) before us. My wife question the manager and told him we ordered before her. He said that because her order was quick, they made it right away. Soon after the second women got her order and she had 4 burritos. We finally got our order and I gave it back and asked for my money. I guess they had to catch and kill our chickens and that's why they took so long. I hate to mention it but the other two women were white.We will never stop here again.
