I have to give this a one for the simple fact, The grill was down I mean not working you couldn't get any kind of sandwich just fries and fried food well I didn't want that for breakfast so we just left. My thought was if the grill is down put up some kind of notes somewhere saying it And or purchase some grills from a Store and let people know what's going on. But because none of that happened I suspect Jack in the box will lose quite a bit of business today they lost mine.

We ordered 2 large separate orders, & the cashier “Mia” decided to say we can only have one ranch per order… She did not allow me to pay for the extra ranch after I asked to be charged for it. I drove back around and the next cashier said they can charge for ranch. Having bad attitudes makes you lose customers. Speaking as a general manager myself, you should learn to treat your customers better. Definitely it coming back
This particular location actually does not serve the homeless the customer service feels a little rushed yet the service is actually really slow as the line usually takes about a half hour to completely drive through ,I would not put this production on all of the employees at this Jack in the box location but one employee which is only one of there managers that is managing this conduct at this location which is the shift leader behind why I figure that the shift crews performance is dictated by this particular manager, which has personally decided that it is up to her to allow the entire Jack in The box and their employees to not serve the homeless as long as she's on the clock, bcuz we do recive service w out dismay on the alternate managers shifts and I am and need to be compelled to post this in stone for the simple fact that no place of business under the American constitution has the right to refuse service to somebody just because they are homeless there has to be some legitimate grounds behind it, common sense unspoken we all know that this should not be ok to inconvenience the homeless as if our existence is not a priority respect and not even error on any individual homeless give plause to assume treatment of generalized discrimination is a proper response to undesirable actions experienced w the few homeless individuals,all customers that are paying should be treated according the individuals respectibility and no less ,but as long as nobody appears to be able to do anything about it assuming homeless are also unable to have any mental cope ability to request notice of their significance,nothing truly will be done about it bcuz arguing the principle which has already been attempted w no valid reason given and actually was stated that way in response tec simply saying that the reason is for their own personal reason and that is that using the inclinement of their position to force us to accept that without any formal right and it is truly unfair that this is really the way that it is for those who cannot walk in there and actually pay for their own food whether they're homeless or not so here's I find purpose and the best place for my perspective statement and hopefully it reflects the response that should be the outcome of removing the obstacle of this experience. Thank you for letting Me share....

Isaiah took my order he’s kindness on he’s voice made my morning he was professional and after I when to pick up my order I was received with more happiness by this female employee with a very unique voice that also made me feel good and smile some more I will definitely go back again ???
Always take forever to take a order and then when we pull to the window we have to wait another 10 minutes just for them to take payment. Expect to wait at least an hour to order/receive your food.
We are being placed on hold more frequently at the drive ordering area, spending lots of gas, waiting for order to be taken, spent long time waiting to pay for the food & not greeted or acknowledged for several minutes at the window that collects the money. Sometimes no smiles etc... The girl that handed out the food was very friendly and the food was handed out quickly.

Thanksgiving drive thru and line wasn't long but it was a very long wait at around 3:30pm.At least they were open and workers were doing what they could with what looked like a limited # of them.All good was hot and prepped well.Cuddos for being open.
