The employees never show any enthusiasm, they don't move the homeless dude who hangs out right at the trash can and is yelling at times while you're pulling out of the drive thru and stopping to throw something away. I have nothing against the homeless, I just don't want some one 8 feet away from where I'm grabbing my food. Tripping balls, yelling at random stuff, staring me down, swiping at stuff in the air. He even reached his hand in the window of the car in front of me when the guy stopped to toss something in the trash. I watched the guy in car shove his arm back out of the window. Yes this issue goes above Jack's employees, and it's not their fault per say. But at least call the police and have it dealt with. Your customers are being harassed.
They serve well, I liked that they prepared all the food on the spot because I have gone to places and they don't give it to you freshly made

The staff seemed a bit bothered by my presence and brought other customers their food where I had to go to the counter to get mine. The bread on my burger was dry. The fries were good like Jack’s fries always are.

Terrible customer services. Worse attitudes. I’ve been her before late, never been disappointed. I’ve talked to manager here before super sweet lady. To bad she wasn’t here supervising her employees that night, lastly she kept my card inside the whole time before giving me my order, I saw her pack up my food and make me wait purposely for 10 mins when I was the only one in the drive through. Sketchy let me find out theee some fraud stuff on my card. I will report to the cops if I do. Got there a little past midnight so the boss know who was working that night. Receipt say Anabel.

I've been to this Jack in the Box a few times and every time I've had good service. Late at night there are often long lines but that is to be expected because Jack in the Box is one of the only places open so late! It's a good thing to be busy because it proves how good the food is!

Worst service I’ve ever had. The girl taking my order would talk over me in such a rude tone just because we were taking slightly longer than she wanted. I was ordering for 6 people. Just be a little patient. Also after purchasing $50 worth of food they wanted to charge me for sauce. No will I ever go back to a fast food restaurant that wants to charge me for sauce packets. This place is a bad joke tbh. I would rather throw my money away then spend it here.
