Love this place! Have always ordered pizza for the fam here before and pizza is sooo good.... And the antipasto salad is amazing with their house Italian dressing. I accidentally ordered the pastrami pizza instead of sandwich and omg I'm glad the mistake was made! It's sooo good. Recommend and the staff is always friendly that I even tip when I order for self pick up

I have been ordering pizza from knockout since they opened the last couple times. The quality of the pizza has not been good. This last time I ordered I ordered my normal order a combination extra cheese light sauce. I got it home. There was no extra cheese I even brought this to the attention of the manager as she was checking me out she says it has extra cheese and then I get home and the dough is so tough. You can barely even eat it. The dough was old. I called and I told her that it didn't have extra cheese. She said to me this is what we consider extra cheese now I said so the quality of your pizza is no longer what it used to be and she says I made the pizza myself and it has extra cheese and this is what we consider extra cheese now. So apparently the quality of the pizza is no longer what it used to be.

The food was decent, but the little girl working the counter did my order wrong, and then when she tried to deliver it, it had something we didn't ask for and then was rude and argued with us. After we took the pizza anyway, she walked away, and people in our group made comments about her attitude. First time here and the last. She made the mistake, and it's my fault. Do not go here if you want good service.

Their pizza has gone downhill over the last year. I order once a week and over the last year I have gotten pizza that was cold took 2 hours to be delivered. Pizza that wasn't mine and then today pizza that all toppings slid to one side they delivered a pizza where there were no toppings on half the pizza, one time their delivery driver parked in my front yard not the driveway, not the sidewalk, the front yard not sure what's happening in their store, but they really need to reevaluate the people they hire to make and deliver their food. It's not acceptable anymore.

Every sandwich I've had from here has been quite tasty but I've become fond of the hot roast beef sandwich. The staff is super friendly and have come through on orders for birthday parties, etc. Wonderful local business to support!!!

First and second time were very good but the last few times were really subpar. We always order after 7 pm and it just seems that the employees at that hour don't care about customer service or getting orders completed. We pick up our order and no auj ju for the subs we ordered, have to drive back after asking the first time if everything was there, then the auj ju is cold and 1 inch full. Previous orders have had cold au jus. We order on the phone for delivery and an hour and a half later no body has shown up,call back and they say our card number was wrong,never called us back. We are trying to support our local business but the staff on hand now really doesn't seem to care at all. We live 2 miles away, still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Now we will be supporting a business that cares about their clientele.

Always love coming here. Food is always delicious. Takes a bit of time now and then, but it's a small business and the workers work hard! Service is also always great, the people who work there are always so lovely. Love the atmosphere too. Very intimate, and comfortable!
