BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE- As a once satisfied customer I'm disappointed to say I will never visit this place again. I placed an online order after ensuring their business hours online to confirm they were open at 6pm. Only to drive to the location and find that they were closed despite recieving a notification that my order was recieved. I figured I would not be charged but today, the following day, I noticed a pending transaction in my bank for the order. When I called to inquire about the order the employee called her manager and was told I could come and they would fulfill my order if I showed them the communication of the order. Once arriving they asked for me to pay again. I told them I wouldn't want to do that until I recieved confirmation of refund. They already had my food ready but were retracting what they told me on the phone about fulfilling my order, which I thought would have been a nice gesture for the inconvenience they caused the night prior. But instead, they made me feel like I was trying to get a free handout. At this point I didn't want anything from them and left for the second time with no food and the charges still pending.

Second time eating here. The salsa is still amazing. I ordered the whole chicken and the nacho (again). Since my last visit I am trying to eat healthier. The whole chicken meal definitely fits here - the chicken was delicious and so tender. The nachos are no longer for me. In the future, I'll just order the chicken.

They got new employees and the environment service and atmosphere is not the same. The food portions are smaller. The drinks do not taste great. This place used to be our to go spot every single week since the new staff we probably have gone once and probably won’t be back for a while.

Your chicken is great and the chicken burrito also taste great however, I think the burrito was a little too heavy on the beans and cheese and light on the chicken. The chicken on the salad is also REALLY good but there was wayyyy too much cheese on the salad. Hope this is useful feedback.

Love their chicken! In addition to their chicken, they have these small, yummy empanadas. Definitely don't leave without a box of empanadas. Their red salsa is yummy too.

Food is great. They have a reward program but I have only ever gotten 1 notice of a specially priced item. Dont like that lithe reward program ap they use saves your card info.
