Wow! As authentic as you can get right here! Had been looking for a good curry spot and Maharaja did not disappoint. Had the Chicken Tika Masala and the Curry chicken medium spice. Delicious!! Garlic pita bread was awesome with basmati rice. Will be heading back this week for seconds

I was interested in trying this place because I had passed it many times, but when I went there it was closed. It has posted 11:00am-3:00pm on the door and online, but even at these hours it was closed. Not sure if they have gone out of business or if they just show up to serve food when it is convenient for them.

I wish I had input on the food that is served here but unfortunately I waited at the front desk for ten minutes, rang the bell several times and no one would come out to assist me. I could smell food and hear people in the kitchen but no one came out. Very disappointed. Great way to do business.

My partner and I have been eating here multiple times a week for months now. Unfortunately our last visit was underwhelming to say the least. We ordered chicken Tikki masala and asked for it to be mild, or NO spice at all. Typically they get it right every time, this time they did not. As soon as we get home we open our masala and notice it smells pretty spicy but we proceed to try it anyway. Both of our lips were immediately burning from how spicy it was. We contacted the restaurant to let them know they had given us spicy food instead of mild and instead of alleviating the situation, he insists "we've never gotten anything wrong in 30 years" " that's not true". How can one argue with the customer about what THEIR order taste like? We appreciated this place MUCH better when there were women working in there. When we brought it back, the guy scoffed and snickered his mouth. I definitely won't be back, great job bandana dude. You managed to lose two regular customers.

Oh wow! We stopped in for something to go and we were so impressed.The smell was amazing when we walked in. Totally fresh flavors being used. The meal was so great. My photos are not.Tons of food for $30. They only have takeout and delivery right now.You know how you try to make grandmas recipe and really want to make it right so not to let her down?Well I feel like that is what they are doing here. “Better not let grandma down” because the flavors were so authentic.Word of advise (the mild is very hot)

my first time ever having indian food and it was sooo yummy! i had the chicken tikka masala mild. it had a nice little spice to it. it was super yummy and hit the spot just how i imagined. their garlic naan is SO GOOD!!!!! a MUST!! the customer service was great and i felt so welcomed! beautiful people and beautiful souls with great food!

Well, I found it open today at lunch time; however, you can only take food out. This won't work for me because we live in Wrightwood. There should be a big sign on the street side of the building saying TAKE OUT ONLY. I wasted time coming back here. Too bad I don't live closer. Smelled amazing inside.

Best Chicken Tiki Masala I've ever had, Naan was delicious. Overall best Indian food in the area. Good pricing, owners are lovely. Everything made to order, unless your getting the lunch buffet.

The service was great. The food was tasty. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. Family took me for birthday dinner. Everyone said they would retur. We had tikka masala, shrimp biryani, curry goat,and coconut chicken. Along with garlic nann and basmati rice.

Let's start off by saying I LOVE INDIAN FOOD! But this place just did not hit the spot... which I really thought it would due to the reviews. PROS: The chicken vindaloo was good and well seasoned with plenty of chicken, potatoes. CONS: The samosa which is a total staple of Indian appetizer was ok, it was definitely missing spices. The garlic naan... man who doesn't love some garlicky naan bread right?! I know I sure do! Unfortunately it was under cook so it was doughy. It needed about another 30-45 seconds. The rice... I mean come on! The rice was just plain white rice. No cumin, no nothing... and I can clearly see in all of the photos there is a spice in the rice. And EVERYWHERE I go to eat Indian food has delicious rice that is not plain ol'jane! Maybe, just maybe I came on a off day... so I will give this place another try in the future and when I do I will do a new review.
