Been a customers for ever and I wouldn’t change because Victor A is personable, knowledgeable, Helpful and will go above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy the customer. Our driver was TT! He was amazing! He is courteous, helpful and friendly! He stacked all of our 20 5 gallon water bottles neat and tidy! We have had some doozies of delivery drivers from masters and it's such a breath of fresh air to have TT! He is very accommodating and customer orientated! We have been residential, 5 gal. bottle drinking water customers of Master's since 2020 - for almost four years now, in Murrieta. Water quality, scheduling and their payment process has been very good and convenient. Our route delivery driver 'TT' has been on time, reliable and very careful. If handled roughly the big, full bottles can occasionally crack and leak along their seam. (That happened once a long time ago, but only once.) In our customer category, Master's Coffee and Water has earned our trust and enthusiastic recommendation. We appreciate their hard work and fine service.

I've had masters for about 2 years now. Rolando is always available if there is ever an issue that needs to be resolved. He's very punctual and looks out for me and my business! Best customer service and really cool guy! Thankful for his service and the Masters team! I had a recent issue with bottle of water, Rolando wasn't able to make it in himself but he let the office know and had somebody come out asap to replace my water. And he messaged me to make sure I was taken care of. Excellent service!!

Hands down an awesome company. I've been with them about six months and they've been friendly, communicative, and accommodating. When I was unavailable for my scheduled delivery, my driver Victor made an unscheduled trip on a Saturday. It's not easy finding companies we can trust. This one is a great find.

If I could give a zero, I would. Please be aware that this company does not have an accurate or correct accounting system. Read all invoices for accuracy of date and time of service. Check for double charges on months of service. I have had multiple invoices be sent to me that contained fraudulent charges. Update to Gerry Lyles of Hisperia response: Thank you for calling me evil, I've never had such a high compliment. Fun fact, the Attorney General receives thousands of consumer complaints a year. They only investigate the claims that are presented with enough evidence that there is a reasonable assumption of fraud. If they have contacted you well then the shoe fits I guess. I'd love to add that those several emails, text, and calls you claim were made were by automatic system response. You proved this yourself when you sent me screenshots of your internal system out of anger so desperate to prove you had done no wrong. Those active conversations you mention were because I called in and each time I was told I would be called back with a response. That never happened. Do you know what did? I was ignored for weeks, and then a new magical bill showed up in my mail where again the charges were different and your invoice numbers didn't match. I honestly laughed when I received it. Can I ask why does Theresa screens her phone calls now? Is it because she doesn't want to talk to people like me who want answers about why they are being charged? Probably, but that is just my assumption. You did such a beautiful job twisting facts to fit your narrative of me being a terrible customer that doesn't pay her bills. We both know these allegations have no merit and at any point in time I would love to share evidence to support that your company has no communication skills at all. Just give me the word Gerry and I will post everything I sent to the state. This could have been over before it began, had just 1 of your employees took the time to call me, explain you wanted to terminate service, and picked up your cooler. Yes, this whole thing is over $66, pretty petty when you think about it but it's about principal. I wonder how many other unsuspecting people you have tried to take advantage of. This was never meant to be personal, but unfortunately, your business degree never had a class on ethics, and you pretty much think your shit doesn't stink. You can obviously use a lesson in humility. Have a wonderful day, Gerry!

The service of this place has taken a . Never have I had so much trouble with getting my water delivered! My water used to be delivered on the day it was scheduled, now it doesn't get delivered until 2-4 days after the scheduled delivery date and that is due to me calling the driver. When you call the office, not a single person answers and nobody returns messages either! I guess I will start looking for another company.

I love the service and notifications about billing and delivery. The person delivering the water is always friendly and helpful. This is a good company, with quality drinking water. I am happy that I found them. They pride themselves on customer service.
