McDonald's Days inn off of place with Dale pickles up your nose french fries in your toes don't forget those happy shakes they come from polluted lakes to give me my money back about to have a heart attack McDonald's is my kind of place is a song that my grandpa taught me when I was a kid does a marine and already passed away rest in peace what time is this song he made up McDonald's is really good thank you for your service

Usually love McDonald’s and don’t expect the highest dinning experience since it is a high volume chain restaurant, but this was just nasty. My dad went through the drive through and ordered us food and found the paper that separates their patties inside his burger. Just nasty.

The service is good but when mirna is there it's amazing!! She's super nice she's always making sure that your ok or if you need anything. She cleans your table before you sit and if you ask her for anything she gets it for you right away. She's a really good and hard worker! I love going there when she's there. She makes me feel very welcome ?

Staff were not friendly at all. Ordered 3 kids meals and only got 2 drinks. One associate got irritated when I asked him for the 3rd cup. Didn't get any straws and it took them awhile to come to the counter just so I can get straws. Opened my son's box and he didn't have his ranch for the nuggets. Went back up there and stood there for over 5 mins waiting and no one came to the front. Even with me saying hello. One worker was sitting at a table for lunch and saw me and saw how long I was waiting and couldn't even get up to tell his coworker that I was waiting. Finally said screw it and he just ate it without ranch. Won't be going back. I've never experienced this at any other McDonald's

My partner had ordered two sausage McGriddles and waited in line in the drive thru for 45 minutes. The girl who took his order was rude and rushing him to finish saying my order. When he got to the first window, they repeated the order back, and confirmed he had ordered the sausage McGriddles. When he got home, I saw there was two sausage McMuffins with cheese instead of the mcgriddles. I don’t like the McMuffins but I ate them regardless because I was very hungry. I tried to call them on their store number but it was the wrong number on google and on the McDonald’s website. They also never put the receipt in the bag or gave him the receipt. I even tried calling corporate customer service but it’s Sunday so I have to wait until tomorrow to complain about their lack of ability to do their job correctly. This was a frustrating situation and left me no choice but to leave a review on here. I’m usually not a Karen but I’m tired of businesses nowadays failing to do even a slightly decent job. This isn’t the first time this McDonald’s has done this. I’m going to try and fix this tomorrow but in the mean time I need to let other customers know that this is one of the worst McDonald’s to receive business from and warn that literally any other McDonald’s would probably do their job correctly.

Placed an order on the app. Got to the store and yes it was the correct store. I sit in stall 4 and submit the number. I was 20 minutes, no order. I see a gentleman taking out an order to another car and ask is he can check my order. Five minutes go by and he does not come back. So I go in to check on my order. The guy is behind the counter taking orders. A woman in a puffy vest asks what need and I ask about my order. She snotty say we don't have any current curbside orders. I advise that I have been waiting on it for over 20 minutes. I'm assuming a supervisor came over, she was in a navy button up shirt, and says with an attitude we don't have your order. I asked how she knew because they didn't even ask what my order was. She asks for the receipt that eas email to me. I showed her and she shrugs and says we don't have that order and walked away. The first snotty woman said I suggest redoing your order and walks away. There was a line to the door so I try to do an order through the app and get an error message which state to see a crew member. Again the first woman comes over and I ask her and with an attitude she say I don't know. At this point I'm passed and ask to speak to the manager as I'm assuming I had already dealt with the supervisor earlier. As I am waiting another crew member came over, I regrettably did not get her name, but she was very kind and asked to see the message. She then tried to place an order but keep getting the same thing. She then wanted to make sure I did bit get charged all those attempts. I showed my bank transactions and it only showed the pending balance from my first order for curbside. She then goes to the supervisor and I can hear her say we don't have the order. Clearly the supervisor doesn't listen to her employees either because the employee let her know she tried to replace theorder and got the error message. The nice girl comes back and ask me to place my order at the register and had me go right after the guy currently at the register. While I stood there and waited for my order 6 out of the 10 orders that were ahead of mine they had messed up. I spent over $50 and over an hour to be treated like sh*t. By the way the manager Victor, I was told his name, never came over to assist me. These crew member really should be kinder and more helpful to their patrons. Patrons are the ones who keep companies in business and what keeps those works having paychecks. When this store goes out of business it will be because of lousy customer service.

On this particular visit the high school kids were out in force, and for most of them being there most were polite but the balance acting like (???). I guess I will need to adjust my schedule to go next time.
