Ambiance 5 stars. It was exactly what I had anticipated from a Panera. Service 6 stars. Above and beyond. Something happened to me which I have not seen in a long time. The shift manager, a young lady, I forgot her name saw me order from the Kiosk. Went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 half sandwiches with two cups of soup. There was only one car ahead of me and it took literally 25-30 mins to get our food!!!! I couldn’t believe how long it took. The wait was too long! Yes, the food was good but the wait going through a drive thru was crazy.

Food was very good and our order was patiently takes as we we were Panera newbies. We ordered the pick two and had The Southwest Chicken Melt and Homestyle Chicken Soup. I see earlier poor reviews and I know they haven't been open long. I urge everyone to give them a try. I'm glad we did.
