Tried this place simply because of the stars but it was very misleading! The only thing impressive was how quick my order was made. Ordered a margarita pizza, white sauce, buffalos and lemon pepper wings. Wings were terrible-burnt. The pizza was okay at best, small and dough seemed slightly raw.. Will not be going back.

PieGraph Pizzeria has some really tasty and amazing pizza. From the time I ordered to the time I was done was less than 10 minutes to have a fresh pizza made that quickly is quite awesome. They're located kind of in a quiet area of the desert of Hesperia. They share the building with a 76 gas station. Right across the road of Target. I am glad I found this find. The employee that helped me out was super nice and was able to explain the menu to me they have Great subs and Italian food available they're the only one in the nation.

Tesla charging stop on our way back from Vegas. The owner was very friendly and pizza was great. Price was amazing as well. Highly recommend this place.

So we decided to try it since it's technically across the street. Get inside and it was pretty empty, and the one person was on their cellphone. I don't think they were trying to be discreet about it either, since they waited until I got to the window and order. So they have paper menus on the counter and the employee proceeds to tell me that the menu changed and its above me. Well why the heck you still have these out. Then I started to place an order and then they tell me they ate out of those items I want. So I now have to choose something else. Well placed my order, to go. Pizza was ok and salad was good. I mean I guess I can give them another try but when you want to keep it in the community then you need to make sure you can take care of the community as well.

Very oily, tasteless sauce. Thin crust that feel like a frozen one.

Working a contract in the area. Looked up best pizza and this place came up.... As #1. Called in an order. Showed up to pick up my order........... it's a gas station. Heart sinks. Buy a beer at the gas station and lower expectations as I make my way to adjoining pizza shop. Super nice guy cashes me out and I head to my car. Take a bite of pizza an I'm instantly satisfied. I know why this pizza spot is highly rated... because it's just a simple pizza with good quality ingredients. It's not doused in garlic flavored oil from a spray can or stuffed it's crust full of cheese... it's just a thin crust with good red sauce and a good low moisture mozzarella cheese. The herbs really come out in the sauce. As a pizza snob I give it a 4. If the chef used a more corse cornmeal at a smaller portion it would have been a 5. I won't forget you soon little gas station pizza shop.
All I have to say is GREAT SERVICE, DELICIOUS FOOD and overall happy. I will be coming here more often if you have not tried this place ITS A MUST

Mediocre at best. Pizza was undercooked, fettuccine alfredo very bland and overcooked as well as lasagna. They only had 1 person working there also which is fine if you don't have a big line of people waiting
