Ordered a 12pc wing(6 original spicey 6 plain) and 3pc chicken combo. They forgot my 6pc original spicey and my drink. Drive back and the manager didn’t acknowledge their mistake. I guess she was mad I went back for the rest of my order because she put so much seasoning on my wings then added the sauce….that I couldn’t eat it. It was as if she poured a whole bottle of the seasoning then added sauce to cover it up. I didn’t notice until I ate the first wing.never again will I go back. And I know that’s not how they’re made because I had the same flavor the yesterday. Very rude staff

It is 11:45. I know it's a close call, I thought they closed at 11. I got there, I'm on 1 min away and they were closed like they had never been open. There wasn't even any employee there to tell me they were closed. I believe in a restaurant closing AT closing time not before.

We ordered their chicken sandwich and it was delicious and hot. I've wanted to try their sandwich for awhile. Popeyes chicken is my favorite chicken restaurant to go to. I prefer them over KFC.
Service is really bad. You wait in line to order your food and people just cut in front of you and start ordering their food I am they don't even tell them nothing about get in line

One of the worst Popeyes that I have encountered. Every time I come here to pick up, there's always a wait, And something is always missing in the order. Yesterday was no different. The order was missing the drink and when I mentioned it, I was told that they didn't carry bottled water, but I could get a cup and fill it with water from the machine. So when I mentioned that the customer paid for the bottled water, the young lady said she doesn't know how to go about canceling the water from the internet. The point that I'm making is that they let me leave without mentioning the missing water, so the customer basically would have blamed me for the missing item. Secondly, when I walked in, I was there for 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me even when they kept staring at me. Thirdly, and most disturbing, the trash can was in the counter. That was totally disgusting/

I ordered a side of large fries the cashier taking my order also prepared my order. I paid in cash the cashier was handling money and when she prepared my order she didn’t bother to wash her hands or even put gloves on. She touched my fries with her bare hands. I asked for fresh fries and 5 minutes had gone by and employee’s decided to make me wait on it. At which point I simply asked for a refund.
