Obviously a poorly managed Starbucks. They're out of nonfat milk at 11:00 a.m. food on display that they are also out of. I very clearly ordered a cinnamon coffee cake not heated. The clerk asked me do you want that heated. It's as if she is running on a poorly executed program. Evidence that this employee could easily be replaced with a kiosk. Dining room could have been cleaner. Standing and waiting for a simple cup of coffee.

I asked for a carmel frap and i asked for the Carmel around the cup but they only but a little bit on the top and they made me pay extra for that.

They're super super rude and I got pumpkin spice and it taste like dirt like they used way too much pumpkin spice this world is a shame anymore doesn't matter where you go people have bad attitudes and crappy products

My drink cost .30 more here than any other Starbucks in the high desert. I use mobile order, so it's not because I order different. It actually took me a while to figure this out. I asked the manager about it, and he said it because I use the app. So the next time I ordered was in person and same thing. I asked again and was told maybe it's the area. There's another store literally across the freeway in the same city, so that answer was bull. I tried talking to Starbucks customer service, and they hung up on me. I'm definitely not going to that Starbucks ever again, even if it's on my way to work. I know .30 isn't a lot, but when you go every day, it adds up. Please fix this.

This Starbucks is filthy trash all over the floor dirty tables the counter where they're making the drinks is even disgusting. Probably the first time I've seen a Starbucks this filthy.

I love this Starbucks!! Their location is very convenient, near the freeway but the parking lot is nice and open.I have been coming here for years. Not sure why they're not on Yelp.I like this location - they are typically never out of the drinks I'm interested in. They have cold brew, nitro brew, holidays drinks, etc. The staff are always friendly. The lobby is nice and clean.They always have cool designs on their customer greet board.The bathrooms are clean.This is my go to spot before I leave the high desert.My coffee drinks are always on point. Today I ordered the vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it is amazing.There's another Starbucks on the other side of the freeway and another one inside target. Don't get them confused. This one is a stand alone store near the new shell gas station and Mexico Lindo. It is not the same parking lot as target.I have used this lobby years. I meet friends here and chat. I have studied for my final exams when I couldn't go to school or home was too distracting. Excellent location.

I love this location! It is my regular location, after all. The staff are always fast and friendly. They make an effort to talk to you while waiting for your items to be ready, and they are always offering promotions or asking if you want to use your points to get a free item. I've always had good experiences here, and the one time my drink was wrong, and I had already driven away because I was headed to work, they still made it right by putting me in the book for next time.
