My father gave the worker a written paper with each individual persons order on it. At the top of each person's order it read IN ORDERBread type: Wheat breadSandwich name: ItalianCheese type: PepperjackEtcEtc..So when my father comes home, he has 2 MEATLESS Footlongs!!You HAVE A WRITTEN ORDER, how can you get that wrong???So I call subway and she the worker says "yes I saw the paper with the orders, but I still ask him MORE Questions and I ask him "so you want a VEGGIE sandwich? She said he said yes, but he said she didn't ask him that. She even kept his paper AND THE RECEIPT. She said Manager would not be in until next Tuesday (really?) And she then hung up on me when i ask for the name of the manager.

visited this location the next day 9/19/23, during the day, only to be scammed, my order given away, cc charged and a lousy promise that the district manager would notify me. I showed proof that the app stated my order was picked up, my cc was charged, and still poorly treated, had to reorder and repay, no attempt to review footage to even address the issue of who came and picked up my order, which leads me to believe they profited and scammed me/my family out of food and money. Good thing I take screenshots for the dishonest crap like this, oddly, now it shows voided via the mobile app. More games. So unprofessional, so dishonest, so disgusting, completely opposite from the night crew.

To begin, my food was thrown together by the employee that had a horrible attitude. The dining area is a mess the floor is sticky and there is trash everywhere. Would not recommend eating at this subway.

There’s a rude racist white employee that works there. She purposely messes up your sandwich thinking someone is not going to notice. Also they don’t stock hot Cheetos because according to the manager they only stock the essentials.
I would give it a zero if I could. Go to Jersey mikes 100 % better

I love subway and have been here many many times, but this subway specifically has a rude white employee that's always giving an aditude, she's so ghetto, unpolite, and unprofessional She should be fired! I won't be coming back to this subway. In the other hand there's this one kid with glasses that works there and he's very polite, respectful, and professional. Thumbs up for him.

I generally don’t write reviews… but a sandwich shop with a note on the door that they’re out of bread is a little ridiculous. Make more bread or borrow some from a sister store.
