Always enjoy a Sunway sandwich unfortunately on this visit my sandwich was made a bit sloppy and fell apart.. I'm sure next visit should be better..

Literally go to any other subway. This one overcharges more than other stores in town, workers always skim on toppings or they never have certain toppings in stock.Trust it's worth driving 2 more minutes down the street.

Subway is a place that will no longer be stopping at, The value of my buck is not worth it. I ordered a tuna Sandwich. The tunnel was spread so thin. If I looked at it Saturday's I could not see it. So I paid $9 for a Sandwich full of vegetables only. I remember years back a sandwich was hardy, I wonder if anybody else feels the same way I do about. Not getting what you pay for.

The franchise owner of this store needs to go in to work. Today was the second time I did curbside pickup and I waited as instructed in the app. After 20 minutes my order wasn't brought out. I went in there and there's one employee. My sandwiches sitting in the back. Not refrigerator temperature controlled just sitting there on a back table. The employee said sorry that she was by herself. And she probably was making six sandwiches at that time. If I hadn't gone in I don't know when I would have gotten the order. I don't know if there's a manager there or not. But if there was they should have come in from the back and helped. If there was no one else on duty then the franchise owners should come in from home and run and help their store. My bread was stale. The meat no longer cold. Don't offer curbside pickup if you're not going to staff it. I would have just gone inside in the first place and not have waited like the app told me. To be clear the employee was great. The store could be run better.

I ordered sandwiches on the app and they didn't have the ingredients for my sandwich I ordered. When I got there they notified me of this and they were unable to give me cash back. The employees wanted me to call other stores regarding this situation. I told them it's not my job. I finally got the money back after an hr of waiting after approval from the manager. I will not be going back.

Came today at 8:30 am Feb 1 2023Ordered 2 ham, cheese egg breakfast combo and 2 ham cheese egg breakfast regular cashier said no eggs so we said just ham and cheese service was ok but when we paid $50 in cash she short change my aunt of $10 the bill was $19.00 something she gave us 1 $10 2 $5 with some change my aunt came back and told her missing $10 and she said right away I gave you $20 not $10 maybe you made a mistake or your short changing customers for a long time

I have visited many subways in many different cities and areas cuz it is one of my favorite places to eat I have to say this particular location there is a young man working in there his name is Levi very pleasant professional and it's nice to see that a young man takes his job seriously and does such a good job although this job may be a stepping stone in life that characteristic and work ethic will get you far in life Good job young man keep up the good work...

The costumer service at this location is horrible. The individuals working here seem very rude and careless. The soda machine isn't working and the options of bottles drinks are very limited. It took a very long time to get helped (not sure what was going on in the back). And to make matters worse, the tuna was absolutely disgusting. Sadly, I ended up throwing my sandwich away and walked out.
