We are here for a funeral We checked in June 28th - booked a king room, got a double due to online booking had over booked? But they could try to rebook us on Friday for a king? Unpack /pack /unpack to move. We currently are still here and have had no internet or tv for 3 days - all we were told is that it’s broken- would you like some water? The bistro /bar has been closed as well. After being told it would be open. You have to leave to get a cup of coffee. After 4 days our room was cleaned for the first time. We have been staying here for the last 10 years and this stay has been so disappointing . No compensation has been offered , no explanation has been provided. Unfortunately we will look for another place to stay going forward. Management. This is not ok- communicate to your paying guest.

Noisy air conditioning. Love the room. Clean and nicely done. Will not stay again because the air conditioning is noisy staff was friendly. Someone was banging doors at 11:00pm for twenty minutes. Called the front desk and took care of it but between that and the air conditioning unit I didn’t sleep well

Hotel is very conveniently located next to the freeway. Staff was friendly and interior is newer and well kept. We have breakfast at the Bistro restaurant and it was good. Pool is nice and only goes to 5ft depth.

Microwave in room: NO Restaurant: NO, just a snack bar Very poor accommodations. So called "Bistro" is nothing more than a limited snack bar with just a few items to choose from. Took forever to check in.

This is a bistro/bar. There is no lunch hour, about 3 1/2 hours for breakfast & 5 hours for dinner. The menu is quite sparse, with eclectic items, but some are interesting, such as the Flatbread margherita, which I had with a glass of riesling wine.

Wow....what a horrible night. Before I begin, this hotel is not up to Courtyard standards. It's not up to Fairfield Inn standards. It's more like Ramada Inn standards. Out of the control of the hotel....There was a helicopter circling for one hour obviously looking for someone close to the hotel. No one knew what was going on. Second event...at 12:30 am, a fight between several people happened outside our door. We had 3 choices...call the front desk (a young person who could really do nothing) , call the police, or just wait until it was over. We waited and in a half hour it was over. We made sure that where we were in the room, a bullet could not get us if it came down to that. What the hotel can control....this place is just too tired to be called a Courtyard. I'm surprised that Marriott still operates this place. Bed lumpy. Linens too small as I had to keep putting the fitted sheet back on the bed. Towers that were so bare they represented a hankie instead of a towel. Clogged bath sink. Shower curtain too short representing water all over the bath. The TV is so small it resembled by computer monitor. The smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. The heater so loud that we had to turn it off to sleep. Avoid this place if at all possible. In fact, avoid Victorville if at all possible. A property like this makes me lose faith in other travelers who ranked it high.

I have stayed at at this hotel on business many times and it deems dependant on what room you are allocated will depend on if you have a good stay or not, nevertheless I don’t think I have had one night in this hotel where I haven’t been disturbed for some reason or another. If you are lucky enough to get a room with a low even number you will be on the apposite side and facing away from the freeway and rooms these rooms are generally very quiet, if you get any room with an odd number I guarantee you will be facing the freeway and will be woken by the very busy freeway noise. The freeway noise is the worst part of this hotel for me. Hotel facilities are generally good with a bistro in the lobby area. The AC/heating units in the rooms require replacing asap, very loud and disjointed often doing there own thing making all sorts of noises. If you can, I recommend staying in a hotel before or after the Victorville/Hesperia area as every hotel in this area is built along the freeway and almost impossible to get away from freeway noise and annoying vehicles with cheap exhausts keeping you awake at night. Also the hotel does not allow you to check out on the app which I find strange. This needs updating to bring it inline with other Bonvoy properties.

We had a wonderful experience at Courtyard Marriott Hesperia; Oct. 2020. Upon booking and check-in, it was nothing short of easy and pleasant working with the staff. CHRISTINA, CHRISTINA, and ROXANNE(A) were all just THE BEST! My apologies for not getting the gentleman's name at the front desk (tall and sincere), he was amazing as well. They made our stay utmost wonderful. As a guest for a wedding, our wedding party experience was just great! We laughed, we partied, we just had a wonderful time! THANK YOU COURTYARD MARRIOTT @ HESPERIA! We appreciate you! Ward Family
