They are out of business I saw eviction papers on the door today... this is very sad I loved their cookies and I also loved to support a Puerto Rican owned business!

After a quick bite to eat for dinner, I found The Cookie Plug. This place is tremendous. Their cookies are not like anywhere you have been. The store is a site to behold. The cookies themselves are out of this world delicious. Next time I am in the area I will definitely be back.

The staff super friendly,nice and very clean the place and ambiance is top notch price is fair for a premium cookie.. unfortunately these where raw or undercooked in the center .. my cookie experience was not the best

Dishonest employee. I went in around 9pm to grab a snack , because it was late they had limited choices available.I asked for 2 of the double chocolate chip cookies there were two sitting on the rack . The employee looked and said "I can't sell those there to fresh out the oven". I said how long until you can? Annoyed she said "like 25 mins" . I told her that was fine & I'll wait. Annoyed she went to the back and whispered to the lady baking in the back. The lady responded out loud to her " I'll just bake you more " . The girl then came back to the front and said I got the ok to sell them to you. So I'm like ok. I get them get to the car open the box there completely cold. Which means she lied she just didn't want to sell them to me for what ever reason. I walked back in and asked the young ladies name and she said Lexi . She also told me I couldn't buy just the 3 cookies I had to get a combo deal woth 4 cookies and two drinks which while she was ringing it up I realized it was a lie as well. She said oh it's just a better price but that not what I asked for so it was a waste to me .

It’s just ok. After having Crumbl, you can really tell the difference. Cookie plug is bland. No icing, no specialty cookies. Overpriced. Crumble is slightly cheaper and much higher quality n gourmet.

I went to the one on Mojave Dr and Village Dr in Victorville. They are only open at this location Friday- Sunday until 11pm. This was my first time visiting this place. I came because of a recommendation from my son to support and it is Tasty!! Come support and enjoy some delicious cookies

The atmosphere and concept are amazing! I love the art style, the packaging, and the display, but the cookies were hard af. My husband suggested to try it. Fun experience. Price was whatever. I don’t have a problem paying for product, but yea, the cookies just weren’t it sadly.

Found this Cookie place on google and it is Awesome! The taste is so fresh and true to the flavor. We go at least twice a month, any more than that and I would gain to much weight... (:O If you like cookies or sweets, you should try them! They have a lot of choices too.... Yummy, Yummy!!!

I really love/hate that I live within walking distance! This place has the best cookies! There's never a long line when I go. As you walk in, the smell is reminiscent of walking into grandma's house. The cookie names are themed from 80s & 90s hip-hop/rap. I'm a big fan of the Firecracker, OG, Nutty OG- they once had a Secret Stash (the mystery cookie of the day ) fruity pebbles cookie that made me regret only getting one (and sharing half with my husband)!Yes they are shareable. Bite sized pieces after you cut it into 8 pieces! I'm gonna have to try an ice cream sandwich next time. Also got myself a box of dough for baking when they aren't open- only $10. This would also be a super cute idea for alternatives to cake at a wedding (since they cater). You have to stop by sometime! If I worked there, Id gain so much weight..?

This place should be called Cookie unplugged because they are never open when it says they should be. I mean who operates at their actual posted business hours nowadays anyway. I was able to find someone working the other day and tried 3 different cookies since that was the only flavors available out of a list of many. Unfortunately I would have been better off to keep coming when they are closed. Cookies were rock hard and tasted like they had been made weeks ago. Maybe they are called Cookie plug because it is hard enough to plug your esophagus.
