Went for a bite to eat for lunch. "Tom's" always seems to make us happy with our menu choices so that's where we are lunch today. My husband and I ordered the hamburger combo and the cheeseburger combo which was absolutely yummy! (I happen to love the way they season their French fries btw...), the only thing is I prefer Coke-Cola rather than RC Cola that Tom's served. Hopefully, someday maybe they will offer it. All in all, lunch was TASTY!

We got a family meal that come with 4 burgers and fries and what had happened was the girl at the register was rude and she messed up are order we asked for bacon in them and we asked to see the manger about her attitude and the manger said that just how she is and the cashier name is Arlene and she said “there nothing we can do about her attitude” so unfortunately nothing happened just be prepared for a girl unfortunately a bad attitude

The food is Bomb!!, the staff is very serviceable and attentive if you need anything else! It’s definitely worth going again and again coming from someone who just moved from LA To Hesperia. They have just gain a loyal customer!!Parking: Easy for you too see your car from inside the restaurant!

I can’t believe I just experienced what I just did. I’ve lived here and been coming here for 13 years and I’ve never experienced such rude customer service. I go through the drive thru and ordered a pastrami combo with a pink lemonade and onion rings, and a sausage egg sandwich with cheese, chicken quesadilla, and small fries. At 3:31pm. I saw the line behind me and decided to pull into the stall and check the food. Mistakes happen I’ve worked rush hour in a fast food place. My pastrami was missing. So I walked in with the receipt and the lady at the front told me no I put that sandwich in there. And I said mam no it’s not in there. And she proceeded to get angry with me. I said would you like me to bring the bag in. She said yes. I brought it back and handed it to her and she said I put it in there. So I proceeded to explain that I pulled into a stall because of the line behind me. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. And all of a sudden she grabs a pastrami sandwich from behind the counter. Mistakes happen but being rude is unethical as a manager. There are plenty more TOMS in this high desert. I will never come here again. So sad because it’s been a place I’ve always taken my family. Food was good. Chefs know how to cook. They need better front house.

I ordered a waffle for my daughter, the girl asked if I would like the combo with eggs and bacon/sausage, I said sure. I ordered a club sandwich with no ham, just turkey. I received the waffle, no eggs or sausage and the club sandwich had all ham. What was funny is the girl in front checked the bag and still missed all of this. Won’t be returning. Food was not very good and fries were old…no thanks. I work to hard to waste my money here.
