Love this Wendy's. I kind of became friends with someone who used to work there. I went so regularly. I don't think they work there anymore as I haven't seen them in a while but they were AWESOME. Really made me feel special as a customer. Anyway, they are always fast, almost never getting anything wrong with the order. And by that, I mean go there 100 times, and maybe 3 times something was off. It does help that I double-check to make sure because I am a sauce girl and would be devastated. When I do see I'm missing something or maybe got the wrong dressing, they are good about correcting it.The only suggestion I have is a Pecan limit for the Apple Pecan salad. I went they other day, and they were out because they said people had been asking for 6 and 7 packets all day. Limit it to 2. People honestly don't need more than. Maybe 3 at most to be nice. That way, they're less likely to run out. Wasn't overly disappointed about it. Just a thought. Now, it would have been game over if it had been the pomegranate vinaigrette instead. Would have canceled the order.Am happy they finally brought back a chicken wrap. Wish it was the snake ones like before instead of one in a meal/meal sized, but beggars can't be choosers. It only come with ranch for now, and I haven't tried it, but they should definitely offer it with honey mustard.
I have been coming to this location since they opened and they are super efficient and well managed. I never have to wait long. There is a husky bearded guy always at the drive thru that is so helpful and efficient?

Went to get some frostys. Ordered 3 pumpkin spice and 3 chocolate in the drive thru. I was given my 3 pumpkin spice at the window and asked to park at the front for the chocolate once. I sat at the front of the store for over 10 minute. I went in see what was taking so long. They said the chocolate had to freeze. I was not told that the machine was acting when I placed my order or when I was given the pumpkin frosties. The manager gave no apology nor did the rest if the staff. I had my missing frosties slide to me and told to have a nice night. Never again will I order at this Wendy's...worst customer service ever.

Purchased five meals at 10:45 PM on 9/14/23 they had no customers and made us wait 20 minutes out in the front parking lot. We asked for ranch and we got none. How do these people work here they bring us 3 large drinks and no straws ?. No ketchup no ranch . Horrible place they have no common sense… will never ever eat here. Worse customer service…
