“So this is our favorite Taco Truck when we are in Oakdale. I started eating from this truck at their Salida location and to see this one in Hickman, I was soooò excited. They have a great spicy flavor. My favorite go to is Asada Burrito Supreme with no sour cream. Today our order was a Burrito Supreme, 2 regular asada quesadillas and a soda for $17.50. That is not too bad. Bring cash! They don't do digit money. Don't think twice, go check them out! (They're the truck by the tire shop)“
“Taco truck on Geer Road. Nice painted red tables. Nice touch when near CSU Stanislaus. Supreme burritos tasty, but does have cilantro. I love it but not everyone does. Know that so you can ask for the burrito without it. Tacos $2 each and tasty with good tasting tortillas. I asked for two salsas and the gave to me without an additional charge! Taco truck on East Ave. charges 75 cents for each salsa! I think one salsa per plate should be free so I really liked that they were free.“
“I don’t know what else to ask from a restaurant. I ordered the Especial Burrito with chicken by the way. The atmosphere was amazing. It felt very homey, like you know you are in good hands. I believe this is run by a family, and they were very kind. They brought us anything we wanted with a smile on their face. The chips that they gave were hot and you could tell that they were made in-house. The burrito I got looked amazing (as a cheese lover, I was very happy with the generous amount of cheese on it) and tasted even better. I also tried the California Burrito, and they executed the flavors excellently. They had just enough flavors that you wouldn’t get a flavor overload, but enough that your taste buds will be filled with different tastes. Overall, I was extremely satisfied, and if I am ever in the area again, I will come back.“
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at El Jardin, and it truly lives up to its name. The inviting atmosphere is enhanced by an array of plants, creating a green oasis that adds to the overall charm. The staff is friendly, the food is exceptional, and the plant-filled environment makes El Jardin a unique and memorable dining experience. This is our little town's, hidden gem. It's now my go-to spot to grab a drink. I can't wait to go back!“
“I was at this restaurant yesterday afternoon. I waited on promptly. Ordered the steak off of the senior menu. One of my sides was baked potato. When my meal arrived I had mashed potato's with gravy. I told the waitress I had ordered a baked potato and she told me they were out of them would this work. I said yes since it was sitting in front of me and I shouldn't have since I am not suppose to eat this type of food. I feel I should have been told they were out of baked potato's and to choose another side or maybe even a different meal. This is not my first time there but the first time this happened and I really wasn't happy about it.“
“Food is excellent. Been going for many years. Never have had a bad meal. Fajitas, burritos, tacos and nachos are all good. Great atmosphere and friendly servers. They are always attentive to your needs. Only downside is the days and hours open.“
“First time trying this taco truck. I ordered the Carne Asada burrito supreme, which was quite good. Not very spicy only about a six out of 10 for spiciness but quite large for $10. (I'm sure you can ask for it to be spicier if you would like it to be spicier) I would rate it eight out of 10 for flavor as it did have very good taste and good quality Asada. The burrito came with a lemon slice, carrots, radishes, and a Serano pepper. I will be going back as I did enjoy the burrito.“
“By far my favorite Mexican food establishment. If Hogwarts let me buy this location and bring it to my school, I would. The food is impeccable. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. “Tried this truck and really liked it, the chicken burrito is very good and it's only $8 not $11-$12 at Taco mi Jalisco where we used to go. Seems every time you turn around Tacos mi Jalisco has another price hike. I gave it 4 stars only because I've only tried the burrito. Highly recommend“
“Best Cream of Broccoli Soup ever! The service was outstanding! I was craving soup. My friend took me for lunch. I had the grilled ham and cheese with soup. The sliced ham was thick and the soup had lots of broccoli. A definite must place to eat. I'll definitely be back!“
“Here Is a hidden treasure in Waterford Ca. Su Casita serves some of the finest Mexican food in town. Great atmosphere, and the meals are well worth the price. Great selection of fine spirits. Loved each visit, the service is kind and welcoming. Everything that I have tried on the menu was superb and I never left feeling hungry. Great portions, great family run and operated. “I was planning a surprise birthday party for Roxanne my wife's 60th birthday. After contacting several restaurants none would make me 50 enchiladas. When I contacted these guys I was told "I really don't serve these in my restaurant " I thanked him and was about to hang up but then he said he would make them for me. “An absolutely incredible amazing experience. It’s a whole trip within itself. The place itself looks amazing but the service is even better, my bus boy, Ulises was extremely kind and talkative, I saw him do an amazing act of chasing down a car after leaving when he found their wallet left on there table. All in all an amazing experience 11 out of 10 I will definitely go again and recommend that you go.“
“Best Mexican food I've ever had. Horchata was perfect, not too sweet and it wasn't grainy at the bottom. The free chips and salsa was fresh and spicy. Carne asada burrito was incredible. Rice was perfectly cooked and everything was well seasoned. Our takeout order was labeled and ready when they said it would be. The only Mexican food I'll ever eat.“
“This is a great spot with excellent food. The owner is super nice and the atmosphere is very welcoming. We had previously ordered food through DoorDash and finally went in person and it did not disappoint! They also have a little coffee place in the restaurant that makes really good drinks as well. 5/5 will go again!“

“Probably some of the best two tacos I have had, they are not your $2 tacos but the size is absolutely worth the money. I would say go with 2 if you do three that would be a pretty large meal. Never had a keto taco all cheese no tortilla, and the quesabirria El pastor off. The chain, nothing but fire here.“

“We used to dine at another local Mexican restaurant in town. We loved the ambiance and service, but the food was always inconsistent in my opinion. My husband suggested Javi's. The location is conveniently located near the college. Upon entering you are encouraged to seat yourself which is nice. The menu is extensive and there are pictures of all of the offerings which is helpful. We were promptly provided with warm tortilla chips, salsa, cabbage salsa and cheesy bean dip. Yummy! Our server took our order and brought our food to us very quickly. Our food was hot and tasty. Javi's provides quick and friendly service and hot and tasty food. We will definitely return!“

“My wife and I have been going to El Charro for years, the food is always excellent anything we have tried through the years is always been top notch. My wife and I would recommend this Mexican restaurant 100% if you've never been here before try it at least once and I guarantee it won't be the last time. The outside & inside may not be the most appealing but it gives you the old Mexican restaurant feel. Try it“
“We were in Turlock and finally decided to try this Mexican bakery. I have been wanting to come here because of the reviews and never had the chance to. Don't be fooled by the outside look of the place, it can look scary but it's worth going there. It is a hole in a wall bakery so dont rxpect much. Came here to grab some conchas and whatever baked goodies they have. When you get in, you can grab a tray and tongs to get your own bread from their cabinets. I am a little unsure on how clean their trays are. I wish they also come with tray liner or something. Anyway I opted for the mini conchas and my boyfriend brought some other bread. They have a lot of bread that I wanted to try but wasn't sure what they are or what's inside of them (if any). I will definitely be back here again.“
“I always stop by here and grab a Veggie burrito after work. Relly good deal, big burrito and nice service. My go to place for veggie burritos,Vegetarian options: The regular veggie burrito is vegan no meat no cheese just beans rice and salsa. Really good like that.“

“This was a Saturday night and my first time patronizing this business. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. There weren't many customers as you can see. Food was a decent price. Seemed freshly made. We ordered carne asada taquitos as an appetizer. They were ok although the meat was fairly tough and could've used a touch of seasoning or marinade of some sort. Also had the nachos, which were happy hour size. And not even 10$ can't be mad at that. I like the fact they have quite a lengthy happy hour. For the people in the tall chairs ? that is. Nachos weren't bad definitely filling. Pico needs a Lil work as well . Also ordered carne asada fajitas. This meat was definitely better than the chicken on the nachos and the dry taquitos. Also looked beautiful. Came with, rice and beans and sad looking pico, sour cream and guacamole. Side plate looked a Lil lack luster but the flavor was good from the rice. Beans could use improvement but they aren't bad. Drinks we had a margarita flight, LA barbie, and an old fashioned smoked. The flight was pretty good but also 22$ the barbie was great with watermelon cotton candy on top. If it is about the buzz though this isn't the one basically green champagne although I'm sure there's more to it. The old fashioned was super sweet. Very disappointed by the that. The novelty of the smoke was cool. The the results definitely not a favorite. Sweet liquor whilst standing over your smoker inhaling deeply.. that's what is was like and you don't want it. Truthfully the combo made us nauseous and all we did was taste it. Nothing however is perfect. This is a decent place with decent staff and food. I'll be back I might just drink ahead of time though ?“

“I know this is a taco truck and most people go for the Mexican food but this place has the best cheeseburgers in the area!! The burger and fries are amazing, and it definitely beats driving to Modesto or Turlock for a burger fix. I love this truck and would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.“
