I came here for my drive thru order that I ordered through the app and 3 cars were ahead of me. 1 was super quick then the next one took awhile. Then it was pretty quick. I think they might be short staffed inside and some orders take longer to prep?The food was good though. Usually other Burger Kings don't pay attention that I swap Mayo for mustard but this one did! Yay! She didn't ask if I wanted ketchup with my fries though and closed the window. I heard her ask the person in front of me. I usually get an Impossible Whooper and 1/2 1/2 fries and onion rings. I do like their hash brown pieces too.

Wondering how this place runs cause honestly it was my first and last time ever coming here! Was at drive through for 20 minutes line never moved and after cars in back of me backed up I was able to get out of line so I said I'll go inside instead and sadly it was worse. Star only given in order to leave review SMH!!

People really easy, eager, and willing to help you find what you want to eat if you bring a coupon they help you with that too. Staff is real cool places real clean plenty of seats to sit. Enjoy your food when you get there, enjoy!Parking: Valet parking yeah right.. it's not barely hills it's Highland Park, loL.. yeah.!!Wheelchair accessibility: 2 wheelchair parking spaces in front right by the exit of the drive-thru.. but it's pretty spacious for the parking plenty of seats inside and it's clean too. Lot of windows so you can see what's coming at you from the outside looking in.. if you can relate and know what I mean, loL.
There is a large blue sticker on the entry door to this establishment: "EBT ACCEPTED HERE" Dear reader, do not believe it. I have made 3 separate trips to this business in the last fortnight. On each of these occasions, a handmade sign, scrawled in what appears to be crayon, has been taped to the door: NO EBT. Today, no handmade sign. "Finally, I'm welcome here," I think to myself as I enter. You can likely imagine my fury when I saw the crude sign taped to one of the cash registers.This location is actively insulting a large segment of the community it exists to serve. I will not need my EBT benefits forever. The next time I'm able to spend actual cash on a meal, it will be anywhere but here.I used to feel a twinge of disappointment when a Burger King was inevitably replaced by a Starbucks. This BK? I'm looking forward to it.

It's almost 12 noon and u want to grab a quick lunch. So u go to the local BK. < pull into the drive thru and sit there for 10 min with 6 cars in front of u and no one is moving. So before u get blocked in u park and walk inside to order. U see about 12 people in line and only 2 people working . 1 cook and 1 counter person U k ow the drive thru holds priority so ur guessing 30 min before u get ur food if not longer. I end up going to Jack in the box just down the street and had my food in 5 min.

Very respectful staff, surprisingly clean throughout. Was a little weird that they insisted on me choosing a fountain drink during my ordering even tho it's a self serve fountain drink Despenser in the dining area. Def not a deal breaker tho

The people are just doing their best at this location, but be very careful with using ebt here. I used my card and was told it was rejected, tried again, failed, then ended just paying with my credit card. Turns out I was charged both times on my ebt! Food is fast food, fine for emergencies. Sodas all taste a little watered down.Ambiance is run down but at least there's always plenty of seats and it's actually not the least clean thing in the world.
