“First time here, we were craving hotpot after a long day of snowboarding on our way back home. Stumbled across this place.It was $32.99 per person plus additional 10% service fee, which I guess is decent for an AYCE hotpot.You pay up front before being seated and you are assigned a table at that point based on your party size.The pots are individual and you get to customize your own broth with flavorings at the bar. They give you a base broth choice of vegetable, chicken or beef and then you mix in additional flavors as you like.You order 2 types of meat at a time, and they bring them out to you when ready. We ordered the chuck eye and the beef ribeye - pretty good stack per order received and it was a fairly consistent presentation each time.Soup add-ons were self serve as well as veggies and a shabu sauce bar. They did have a sauce guide with ratios in case you needed a reference.They also had soft drink vending, hot tea and coffee options for drinks. For dessert, there was a soft serve machine for chocolate or vanilla.I will say that we had to flag down servers or hosts a couple times when we wanted to order more meat or get more broth but turnaround time and service was quick.All in all, the meat was delicious and it was quite unique to be able to customize your hotpot to your liking.“
“I had poke on keto for the first time today. Feden helped me navigate all the options and was very patient making my bowl. The whole store was very clean and there was a well stocked topping bar with a lot of choices. I got a reward by providing my phone number. When there was a small lull in customers Feden and Lucy were busy tidying the bar and cleaning the restrooms. They both had great attitudes and communication with each other. They seemed to genuinely enjoy the work. I was grateful for their help in choosing and patience with my kids and would highly recommend this location.“

A few rotating items accompany the stalwarts like orange chicken, chicken wings etc. Start with choice of steamed rice, vegetable fried rice, vermicelli noodles, chow mein and/or steamed vegetables. From what I've had, I really enjoy the fried chicken wings (that's a no brainer. I'm a wingman, naturally), beef curry & pork spare ribs. The wings have a crispity crunchy breading over the juicy meat. The beef curry has spicy coconut milk with strips of beef. The tender, sweet glazed pork spare ribs are great, most especially the fatty bits. A few soups are on hand for those looking for some soup for the soul. I had the beef & vegetable soup and it was hearty. Chunks of beef which may have been too chunky, but the broth was well spiced & soothing. Thai Chi Express' a la carte items include pad Thai, fried rice, ramen & udon, among others. I haven't asked if the ramen is the more authentic stuff, and not the instant kind. I'll find out the next time I'm there. Service has been okay. The cashiers seem speedy enough & the staff boxing up my selections have been pleasant. Seating available, with booths, tables & quick eat standing tables. Of the food choices at Tutu's Food Court inside San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino (Thai Chi Express, La Tortilla Rellena, Oasis Burger & Grab & Go), Thai Chi Express appeals to me the most, both in value & taste. Portions are good to plentiful (depending how generous the staff is feeling that day) & the prices are about right, considering the venue.
