I will never come to Baker's again. I've been a customer for 35 years but I've had enough. I don't understand why every time, and I mean every time, they always put the condiments in the exposed food bag and never in the wrapped burrito bag. The same guy that handles the money is also touching the hot sauce and throwing the packets on top of my burger and fries. They've been doing it for decades. Where is the common sense? I even asked their manager and no one had an explanation. It's just what they been doing for years they said. Someone make sense of this for me please. Touch dirty money, grab a handful of ketchup, and throw it on exposed fries instead of wrapped up protected burritos. Every F'n time. I await your response Baker's management. Explain it please.

Only really come here for Taco Tuesday ..used to be great..because I can't eat lettuce it's always NO LETTUCE..but they use lettuce as a filler the taco has literally 1cm of meat in it and it was cold and the shells were beyond stale..don't picture myself going back for taco Tuesday..just sad..I forgot the boy at the drive thru never said hello or thank you..it is a shame because it used to be so good

I'm IE born and bred, and Baker's has been a staple since I was a kid. Whenever I leave for an extended period of time, the first thing I do when I come back is eat at Baker's. It's one of the best things about living here. And for my money, best fries in the world.

Ordered a steak burrito from bakers on Victoria and highland in highland, ca. it was supposed to have steak, cheese and sour cream and onions they literally gave me a burrito with French fries and a couple of pieces of fat from the meet and onions. never again!!!
Food quality has gone down the drain here. Ordered chicken sandwiches burgers fries etc. the chicken sandwich was so dry I fed it to my dog. The wheat bun was dry and crumbly and fell apart on the first bite. The chicken was bland and dry as a cotton ball. Sorry Bakers you're failing at what you did good at one time. For over 60$ we could have gotten better food. Going to re think our dining experience here from now on.
