“This place is extremely tasty. No negatives. Even better than I thought it would be. Take out only, with a little waiting area. Came out quickly, hot and fresh. I ordered the Papa bowl #1 (I think that’s what it’s called) with Kalbi. That little short rib was seasoned down to the bone, and had a nice smoky grilled flavor. That marinade is the best I’ve ever had. Also comes with lots of fresh steamed veggie, and a very flavorful dumpling. If you eat a lot or like a lot of meat, you may want to order extra meat or try a different bowl. It was perfect for me and very inexpensive for the quality of ingredients. The customer service was outstanding. Very charming and kindhearted lady served me top quality green tea in a cup noodles cup. So cute and charming. Please support this business.“
“Always a great dinner and time out at the local dive. Don't be fooled. This place has a ribeye to satisfy the biggest cowboy appetite. (The Duke would approve.) Back patio hosts live music with some pretty decent bands to boot. Staff is always friendly and attentive. “Okay, I have to confess that I haven't stayed true to my BBQ roots ............... but I'm back. To the point: it's about the smoke! And I now realize what I've missed. First, overall the restaurant is on a side street and parking, at limes, is challenging. It's a fairly small establishment. The staff is very friendly. This isn't a chain; there are 2 locations here and in Beaumont. As you can see from my pic, we ordered the pork rib rack. It came dry rubbed, no sauce, cooked on it but there was a side container of BBQ sauce. As you can see from my pic, the ribs had the requisite smoke ring and the super bark. Their sauce was good: tomato based, a bit sweet and slightly white vinegary tangy. The meat held to the bone, but pulled off readily with each bite. But far more important was the smokiness. The smoke was heavy enough to cut through the sauce, yet didn't over power the sauce flavors - I missed this from other local rib places. We'll definitely be back.“

“We decided to come in today to Famous Dave’s in Redlands, and our server Onie was wonderful. She was so friendly and had a great personality. “We recently had chef Sam Catering our family reunion. The menu consisted of BBQ ribs, chicken, Mac and cheese, green salad and potato salad. Everyone loved the food! Service was great. Communication was very prompt. We started planning out party last minute and chef and tia were both so helpful . Service went great and they even packaged our leftovers so we didn't have anything to worry about on the catering end. Food was fantastic will definitely book again!“

“We were blessed to be fed by them, as they catered an event we were at yesterday. We were super impressed. We were served both lunch and dinner. Both of the meals were excellent! If you need catering, we highly recommend them. Fajitas, corn, and rice are the way to go!“
“My favorite fish and wing spot in I've had in a years. Honestly I wasn't expecting to love it as much as I do. I went here randomly one day and haven't stopped coming. Their fish is amazing! It comes with this seasoning on top and its cooked perfectly every time. The wings are always juicy with lots of flavor. The food is always fresh. I just recently asked for lemon pepper fish and I wasn't disappointed. Im getting excited just writing this review. 10/10“

“This is my favorite spot at Yaamava' 909 sports bar + food hall. The BBQ here is soo good and worth the price. Also, if you have a player's card you get a discount on food so its win-win. The usual order I like are the burnt ends. They are delicious. Service really depends on how busy it is or what time of day you go. Usually the order is ready pretty quick. Since its a bar of the sports finding a seat can some time be difficult. Either way if you're craving BBQ at the casino. Come by and try them out, the food is good!“
