Tasty Rich I'm not a expert but my palette was quite pleased ..Ordered the pork belly ? , shrimp roll, wontons and forgot the name seabass or something like that in a special sauce forgot to take pictures was hungry but I got the dessert and couple pictures inside and out ! Give them a try be prepared though pricey

Please save yourself money and not order their $31 seafood fried rice from takeout menu. I've attached a photo and yup supposed to be seafood fried rice but looks more like plain steamed white rice with one scallop and one teeeny tiny sliced green scallion. You may have to get your magnifying glass to look for them! This happened one other time so I was hopeful that that was just a one off. Smdh
I was there today 01/09/2024 approximately around 3 or 4 in the afternoon? The food sucks bottom line. I can't say anything else to compensate for this insipid food it was hard and felt old definitely over cooked. They give you very little for the price and they don't even give you condiments. You have to ask for them it's horrible. I will never eat there again, let alone make a mobile order. Unfortunately I had to give 1 star but if I could. I would give them a triple zero. STAY AWAY WAY OVER PRICED and here's the topper they asked if you want to give a gratuity Smh for this lousy food I wouldn't give them a penny.

Amazing food with exceptional service. Our waiter DAVID was close by and checked on us often. Never had to ask for napkins or a refill because he took care of everything before we even knew we needed it taken care of. Should you be lucky to get the waiter David be sure to ask him for his special chili hot sauce. It allows the food to taste 1000 better! A must try. I'll sure be back again.

Best food in district I really enjoyed it and I give it refreshing to find family size meal that we really enjoyed it. I will always bring my family here to eat good food and choices. Very warm ambience and front desk could be faster but overall service is fantastic.

Annie Ye the manager of Hong Bao and the supervisor of the night for the Hong Bao Bar wasAmazing! Not only did she lead the bar that was not her responsibility that night she did her STUFFwith the staff, before she came on 01/06/24 I thought the bar staff guys JEREME REYNA war the manager (this guy was top tier) he not only ONLY was amazing and worked over time he spoke on BEHALF of YAAMAVA and got me Annie because I loved his service. She came and gave them full support. I like her style but most of all I like my bartenders (JEREME) the most and NO I'm Not a young chick I'm a FINE ASS SEMI old Chick (that like Old meat and Pechanga casino better) but But his service was definitely what Y'all needed..... and the support staff they had that night had amazing outgoing Attitudes and the customer services which y'all lack because YAAMAVA Don't try hard enough, but anyway..... his customerService was needed for a bar ...... my hats goes off to JEREME, ESTEBAN, MICHAEL, and ANNIE THE SUPERVISOR!!! Order over $100 in food. On the beef tenderloin $36I put white rice because they had option to pick one white rice or brown. Same thing with the Shanghai pork$31 put for white rice. Didn't come with any. If they want to charge extra just put it down.They need to take a look at what they are doing there and straighten things out

We enjoy dining at Hong Bao due to the ambiance (from the tranquility, lighting and the "zen" music played which is calming) which allows for a more pleasant dining experience. and guest service. Rick was our server and his guest service is exemplary and too-notch. The last few times we have visited, Rick has been the server and the professionalism and excellent guest service is consistent every time (with our table and his other assigned tables). He works hard and often checks in with us to see if we needed anything throughout our meal. His smile, body language when speaking with guests and overall demeanor, when speaking with guests contribute to a positive and enjoyable experience. The food is delicious and flavorful (black pepper beef, kung pao chicken, beef fried rice, garlic green beans, seafood fried rice, wonton soup to name a few). The food was hot upon delivery to the table. Due to dietary restrictions and allergies, some of the menu items had to be modified and Rick was extremely patient the first time and on subsequent visits, he actually remembered and asked us about the modifications and confirmed when we placed the order. One of the best suggestions was the "secret sauce" he brought to the table for us for dipping the protein and eating with the rice. Before we experienced having Rick as our server, none of the other servers had made this suggestion and just brought out soy sauce upon request; if we didn't ask at the beginning, it wasn't brought out. Rick provides another level of guest service at Hong Bao which is one of the reasons we prefer dining at Hong Bao instead of another dining location. He needs to be recognized for the excellent guest service he provides and it would be beneficial for other servers (new or seasoned) to shadow him to observe his overall work ethic, guest service and positive attitude.
