Horrible experience here! Andrea did not know how to work the orange juice machine so she could not prepare my order that I was charged for! So I asked for a refund! Guess what? She did not know how to refund me either! After spending 30 min here she decided to reach out to her managers! But they were not available. She agreed to have her mangers contact me. Guess what? No one did. I had asked for the managers’s email addresses and send them an email. Guess what? No one responded to my email. I called the store and talked to Christian and he agreed to give me an orange juice. I went to the store and he said! I made it for you already. I tasted it and it tasted SO terrible! It was either old or the oranges were bad! This is unbelievable! Can’t imagine jamba juice had such horrible service!

A very clean store, but i had an interaction with the manager. She was very rude and short with me. Wouldn't be surprised if she treated other employees and customers the same way.

I've only been here a few times and if you're thinking about stopping here, move on. The fact theres only ever one employee every time no matter how busy really tells you a lot about the place, imagine your patience with the next person if you'd have dealt with a rush all on your own and still have a few hours on your shift. The manager really needs to start considering their employees more, the manager/management here is truly pathetic. My condolences to the employees here I can't begin to imagine dealing with their rude and unprofessional attitude day by day as an employee.

I have come to this jamba juice only a few times, and I will never step foot in there again. The times I have been here they had only one person working no matter how busy it was. And don't get me started on the manager they're the main reason I will not be going back to this jamba juice, because of how rude and unprofessional they were. I highly suggest going elsewhere for your smoothie, a place that actually cares about their employees and customers.

As a previous employee of this location, I genuinely recommend any other location than this one. This goes for potential employees as well as customers. I wish someone had told me how poor the management was at this location before I had applied. I was hired alongside a group of about 5 other people, and during my time there all 5 of them had quit because of the manager alone. The communication between the manager and employees is very poor, and for a manager she is very unprofessional. Any complaints or concerns from employees were met with passive aggressive responses. We were only given negative remarks on our work, never compliments which was bad for the morale of the location. We were constantly texted by the manager every single day either personally or by groupchat, and it was always something we're changing within the store or (more often) a negative remark over something someone did, no matter how small.

This jamba juice is just OK. Unfortunately, they have some employees with crappy attitudes. who are not friendly or welcoming. The saving grace was the young lady making the smoothie. She was awesome and made the smoothie to perfection, but the cashier needs an attitude adjustment. I'm not sure if I'd return ever.

Walked in, waited ten minutes while the employee up front told me they would take my order in one minute. There was only two girls it looked like, and one ran past me telling her coworker she was headed Target to get lip gloss. Then she proceeded to ask me to place an online order and come back later to pick up. Are you kidding me right now? You are so busy your coworker decided to take time off to shop and you can't check a customer out for one drink that has been waiting in front of you? Will not ever be walking into here again. Do better and hire competent employees who know how to handle a 'rush' of approximately three people in the store. An utter joke.

Under staffed for a Sunday around 11am. When I arrived there was a note that the (1) employee was on break, so I had to wait outside till they returned. Not a great first impression.

This Jamba Juice is always 5 stars. Sometimes a little short handed but the drinks are always perfect!! To was exceptional! The two girls working were polite, helpful and patient! I ordered 3 banana berry smoothies which is a discontinued drink but they have always made it for me. I told them how disappointed I was because I wanted to order ahead from the app. These girls found a menu item that is very similar to the drink. I got, and told me how to customize it to make it banana berry. I was so excited I knew I had to make a Yelp review if you download the app, you can earn points and receive rewards to use towards your next purchases. Some of the rewards are for online orders only so imagine my excitement when I learn how to use my rewards from the app. I'm also a big fan of the turmeric shot and the ginger shot and they always seem to have these in stock so there you have it if you're looking for a refreshing smoothie or fruity drink or healthy choice. This drama juice has never done me wrong.
