This place is absolutely amazing. The sandwiches are over the top and the environment is hopping and upbeat. The food is phenomenal. Definitely worth it for the value.
My parents ordered a sandwich with meat and one without. My dad's sandwich was prepared, but they stopped preparing their order because my mom's was a veggie delight. Instead of completing their order, the employees started working on the order that was placed by the customers behind them. They walked out and will not be returning.

I'm a regular at this jersey mikes and I was in there not to long ago and there was this crazy lady claiming that one of the employees took their hair down in front of the meat but she was no where near the meat. She was on the opposite side by the Pepsi machine and you can literally see it in her review, no where near the meat(which is behind the covered glass) . That lady acted like an idiot, the employees handle her correctly. I hope she reads this too , to see how much she acted like a damn fool!! Get a life !

Beware of this place.. they ran out of Diet soda in the fountain drink section. It was brought to the attention of the managers and staff, but they were told not to put a sign up for it.On top of knowingly cheating the customers, I'm sure everyone knows what would happen if regular soda instead of diet soda gets into the wrong cup of say.. a diabetic? That's going to be a fat lawsuit, due to the medical complications it could cause.

This location always has A1 service and knows my order as soon as I walk in the door. Love the personality of the staff and the commitment to getting to know their guests. It is evident they value cleanliness which is demonstrated in the lobby of the restaurant and in the bathroom. - cbetters

My fav jersey mikes that happens to also be the closest to my house. I've been to other ones but this location is always the cleanest store i've seen. Food quality is always top tier. I love being greeted right when i get in. Very friendly and great customer service. There's this worker named riley that works here that not only gives great customer service but also put a extra effort by making a small conversation with me while making my sub.

I will agree with everyone who says this place has “creepy” vibes. (outside looked like a KKK meeting taking place) For one the girls at the registers were rude af . When asked to get my sandwich warmed she said “ I can put it on the oven” but didn’t even do that. Not sure why 1 sub sandwich came out to $17 when I didn’t add extra ingredients.Note to others: If you are not the right color you will get terrible service!!AKA minorities !!! These people need better customer service considering we spend our hard earned money!!!Note to manager: offer culture sensitivity trainings !!!
