Order online took them over an hour to deliver. Called the store, and they said that the driver left without my order and that they are short staff, and had to wait on a driver to deliver my food. Don't order from this location.spoke to the manager clarisa for a refund. She did not even apologize .

Never going back to this pizza place, they are so skimpy with their ingredients, I could barely see mushrooms and pineapple in the pizza I ordered, so disappointed. Never seen a pizza like that compared to other pizza places. Not worth the money I spent.

I would not recommend ordering from here. I have been trying this place out for a good amount of time.... not only do not deliver your order efficiently, when you try to address the issue online do they do not even care to do so. I would not recommend ordering here. Domino's would be better. (I am posting on the two nearest since corporate cannot be bothered to address the issue)
Mistakenly ordered carry out instead of delivery, and used my debit card to do so. Once I realized I made this mistake, I tried calling Papa John’s only to find out that none one of their phones works within the area. Not in Redlands not in San Bernardino not in North San Bernardino not Moreno Valley, not any one of their phones is working so they can answer and realize this mistake. So apparently I have to figure out a way to get down there tomorrow and let them know that I didn’t even pick up my pizza and that I shouldn’t be charged. It’s really sucks
