Love this place and there rooms are super clean and nice! Loved our shower and mini living space. 19 th floor was amazing. Depending on the bartender drinks are excellent and well poured. Food is good too. I’m a weekly if not BiWeekly here with some friends

Once you park it's a long walk to give away your money. I think parking and walking to the casino floor takes more time then losing $400-$500. I did win one time I think $1200 but that's one time out of 15-20 times I have been there. The only other casino that's even worse then this one is Eagle Mountain near Bakersfield

I am a diamond player & with that before I would get free coffee or soda at food court, well not no more now they are charging. It seem like diamond players are treated as all the lower tiers. I don't get VIP service anymore ..not even when they have VIP line for buffet & gifts...anybody can get in VIP line & get their gift . What they need to do is have employees send them back to the other line . It's not worth being diamond player.
