“Such a great Thai place so close to home! My daughter made me try this place and I really enjoyed it . SERVICE: Was greeted quickly and sat immediately. Our server was friendly and we got our food relatively quickly. FOOD: The food was so fresh and hot, super tasty. My daughter had the spicy bamboo dish and gets it often. I had the chicken fried rice, veggie egg rolls, and chicken potstickers. We ended with the mango sticky rice (and OMG it was delicious)!! AMBIENCE: Place is very clean, neat, and a Thai theme (of course). Great vibe. Go try this place if you haven't yet.“

“First time visiting, and expectations were met! It's always places like these that have the best food, Best decor and best service. We had the drunken noodles and baby corn with beef. The flavors were spon on! The Thai tea wasn't as sweet as it normally is at other places, however it was just as delicious. Our server was the only one working the floor and he did a great job taking care of us. Also as a side note, the water is delicious and refreshing. Aside from the food the decor is welcoming and sets up the atmosphere. Definitely worth a try if you like Thai food!“

“Went here for the first time today. My first impressions were with the staff - who were all super super friendly! I thought, "if the food is as great as the people, I'll have a new favorite place!" Brought the food home and it was as delightful as hoped for! Highly Recommend! Oh and the portion size was huge! I have a full meal for another day.“

“Came in today with very limited time for lunch. We were seated and served very quickly, and the food was superb. Tried an off-menu steak curry with green peppercorns which was fantastic and had a kick. Also tried the fried Hawaiian fish which was to DIE FOR. So flavorful, light, crispy, with delicious sauce and fruit. Also tried the drunken noodles which held up great (not the best I’ve had in the IE, but fantastic nonetheless).Portions are great, prices are great, and the employees are incredibly nice and helpful. Only shame is it’s by the road, but the decor and plants more than make up for it. Wonderful place to take someone on a date or have a fun brunch out. “My niece and I have dinner every other Thursday, and Rose Apple is at the top of our list. I used to love going to dinner at Rose Apple with my best friend. She passed away almost 7 years ago from cancer, but her daughter has taken her place as my intrepid road partner and dinner date. The people at Rose Apple are so welcoming and kind, they always greet us warmly and make us feel welcome. We always start with our favorite drink.“

“The flavor of the both the Pad Thai and the Green Curry was deep and complex. I highly recommend getting the Thai Coffee. The Thai Tea might be a little too sweet on its own, but if you have it with the spicy curry, it is a lot more enjoyable.“

“The N2. Pad Kee-Mow (Drunken-Noodle) and N1. Pad Thai were so delicious!! The staff are super friendly and accommodated my and my sister's food allergies to meat and fish, and substituted the oyster sauce in the Drunken Noodle for soy sauce. “The food is AMAZING here, their service is friendly and attentive. The inside is warm welcoming and just seems down to earth w all the pictures and statues!! We L O V E it here. “I will definitely be back here. The orange chicken is the best I've ever had. We ordered another order to take home. Everything was fresh. It was great service from the employees. The place was on the smaller side but everything was clean.“

“This is the second location of Thai Spoon from Highland,CA. When I am unable to go to the Highland location… or I am not in Highland…. I visit Thai Spoon 2. I have only made phone orders, but I haven’t picked up the order myself as my relatives do. One of the things I do like is that this specific location will make spicier soups less spicy such as the Coconut Soup (:This helps me as I am not able to eat super spicy foods.. I wish I could. However, that was how I was made. One of the items I wish they would bring back is the All wrapped up which is an appetizer I LOVED !!! I miss it so much! It was Shrimp wrapped in crunchy noodles with a cream inside. It was my favorite item, but I understand the menu changes. I just wish I could try it one more time. I loved it that much.Vegetarian options: TofuKid-friendliness: It’s definitely a great place (both locations are) they are so kind and lovable. It is totally worth it to go here. I am a regular and have been to the Highland location so many times… I live very close to the highland location. I actually can peek at the location from where I live. “I've been by here 100's of times and I'm glad I stopped in. As you can see it's a casual, easy dining restaurant (see my interior pics). The service was fairly good. The parking was easy and ample. We were there for a weekend lunch. We started with #1 - Egg Rolls (see my pic). The wrappings were quite light and crunchy. The interior veggies and bean threads were okay, not very crunchy. The side of sweet & sour sauce was slightly sweet and minimal sour. Being a cold, dreary day we ordered, basically, soups. We started with the #51 - Tom-Kah Gal (see my pic). The coconut milk created a warming, creamy base. There was a nice tang of ginger and lime leaves really came through in the broth. You can see in my pic the thinly sliced chicken breast meat. The meat was mildly flavored and very tender. We also had the #75 - Beef Bowl Soup. This is a simple soup of beef broth and noodles. As you can see in my pic there was ample noodles and plenty of beef slices. The broth had a fair amount of rich flavor tempered with salty celery slices and a few chopped green onions.“
