Good food, service was okay but not friendly, prices are on the high side which is necessary for small businesses to survive. The baked goods were pretty good and the brewed coffee was delicious. If the lady at the counter would have been more friendly, it would have been a five star review.
Made a quick stop during a rainy day. Got a hot chocolate (delicious by the way), a carrot cup cake, a vanilla ice coffee, and spicy dried mango slices. Friendly staff, and the place had a nice-welcomy atmosphere.

I'm so happy to have The Chocolate Bar in Highland, they have great crepes and wonderful sweets. I love having a place nearby where I can get a great cup of coffee and a pastry. I respect that their drinks are in glass or ceramic cups and pastries and all sweets are in real plates and not paper or plastic, thank you for making us feel that there are still places out there that are not disposable.
