This place was absolute trash with every encounter. We decided to check this place out with a friend of ours who is a turquoise member. In case you don't know that's the highest gambling tier the casino has to offer. It's an invited status. Red carpet, VIP, the works. Regretfully, this review is going to be about all the things that didn't happen When we checked in they had these little tiny stools. They said it was so you didn't put your purse on the floor. My wife asked if she could take one to our table. They said they'd bring it over and never did. When we were seated our friend asked if they'd bring out the bread and butter and extra olive tapenade. We were ignored. When we finally asked the third time, we were told that you don't get the bread until you actually place your order. Ok, why not tell us in the first place? When we were deciding what to order, my wife said we were from vegas and there's a lot of fantastic steak houses there - did they compare? We wanted to know what to expect. The waiter said they put Flemings to shame. My wife laughed and said Flemings is terrible - and he smiled. We should have left them. If you're proudly comparing yourself to a mediocre at best, national steakhouse, then the bar isn't really high. The olive tapenade finally came. No extra. We reminded him the fourth time that our friend wanted extra tapenade. It finally showed up. They brought our main courses. After the cleaned up the appetizers they took all of our silverware - as most places do - to bring you a fresh set. We did not have utensils and steak knives at our table. We just kind of sat around and looked at each other while our food was getting cold until we caught a passerby to bring us some. My friend asked for a filet mignon butterflied as her daughter doesn't eat undercooked meat. The filet wasn't butterflied. Our sides didn't have any serving spoons so we started shoveling everything with our forks onto our plates. The waiter wasn't touching our table enough for us to be able to ask for these things. I had asked for aioli I sauce when I ordered my steak - you can order the sauces to accompany. You pay extra for these - they have a good selection - they didn't bring the sauce until asking twice after my steak was served and cold. My wife told the waiter that we thought he was joking about Flemings a but that we weren't having a great dining experience. He just kind of brushed it off. No manager came over. And at the end of the meal the waiter offered us a dessert to make up for it. Our check over $300 and gave us a free dessert we didn't even want. Thanks, guy. Denny's does better. On our way out my wife was having an allergic reaction on her foot. We asked for ice and they looked at us like we were crazy. A bartender offered to help. He was of course joking and trying to be nice and said that they were the best ever. My wife said no, not really. Not tonight at least. He said, oh you're having a bad night? She said no, you guys seem to be. He kind of got salty with her. The whole experience was sooooo off the mark. When you have vegas prices, then have vegas service. The price point didn't match the service. And the food was just ok. It wasn't terrible but nothing to remember and want to revisit. The cafe upstairs is much better for what it is. And they have a better filet. Sorry chef

Great brunch. Special small plate entrees are perfect. Eat them all. Everything was 5 star. The food, service and ambiance. Even the restrooms were outstanding.

What A disappointment from a year and a half ago. We took our adult son there for his birthday. He and I ordered the sea bass as we have before. The dashi was tasteless. As well as the sea bass slightly undercooked. What is on the side? My wife ordered the scallops and shrimp with black rice. There was maybe two tablespoons of rice on that dish. Scallops look like they were split down the middle. The seared yellowtail was actually tuna. I've eaten sushi for 40 years. But it was good. The server was excellent. The backup server, Philip I Believe, started out well but faded as we still needed water and that was not brought. If I have to ask for or something in a place like this I'm not coming back. We asked for it to-go box for an item. The server brought out a bag large enough to put a bedspread in. Did you run out of smaller bags?? Tacky. Everything should be polished top to bottom in a place like this when dinner for three is $500 We were there August year before last for our anniversary and everything was superb. You definitely need to fire The person that's running that average establishment now. We won't be back.

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Nice music. Not a long wait. Very clean. Waiters very prompt. Enjoyed everything.

The food here was superb. The courses came with plenty of time in between to relax and allow food to settle. The meats were excellent. Our waitress ARIEL was perfect and helpful with menu choices.

I made another reservation....yea, I know...why? Because I can't let FREE meals go to waste. I got the same hostess as my last bad review provided. She thought she was being slick but she was not good at it. She realizes who I am based on what they have documented on my account profile ( any idiot can tell what restaurants like this do). She walks over to 2 other restaurant employees & had a quick conversation. I knew it was about me because they both turned to look at me (so obvious). The male of the two starts laughing & walked away as the female walks toward me. She seats me & is rather pleasant. I ordered my food to go & went to my room. Why post about this you may ask...because until they get it right with how they do business and treat people, and as long as I keep getting free meals, I will keep trying to make a difference and push for positive change toward minorities to be treated with respect.

Dinner is a full on experience always, we so look forward to coming and seeing our extended staff family(especially Augustine), the meals are fantastic creations from the kitchen, presentation is perfect, but nothing tops the staff-they take great pride in what they do, make that reservation and see for yourself

This is a beautiful upscale steakhouse with a modern vibe. Staff is attentive and knowledgeable. 18 oz Bone in new york strip was one of the more affordable cuts and did not disappoint. Creamed spinach and foraged mushroom side dishes were absolutely delicious.

Service service service. This place has the most amazing service and the nicest people. The food was exceptional and 5*. They had great drinks and a wide variety of options. From seafood to steaks they have it all. Cap cut wagyu, ribeye wagyu, T-bone steaks , oysters, crab legs and lobster, truffle fries and truffle Mac and cheese. Their menu is outstanding. Came with a group for my birthday and had the kushi oysters, Cesar salad, wagyu carpaccio, truffle fries , truffle Mac and cheese, ribeye with bone and a few other dishes I forgot to take a picture of. I'm glad I came down here for the first time to have a new experience. This hotel was like a Vegas hotel ( without the late night booze) and is strictly 21 and over. It's upgraded and looked amazing with all the decor. It's a vibe this place. I would come back again for the experience when going to Vegas might be hard to do.
